The staff members were fabulous and the breakfast was amazing- so much variety and delicious food.

The hotel was nice but the staff were just incredible! For that reason alone, when we go to Hanoi again we would definitely be staying at this hotel.

Great location, great breakfast and very good rooms

Breakfast was very good, many options. The location was nice for walks near the lake and coffee shops.

It was perfect for this 60 year old couple.

I like the location of the hotel. It’s tucked in an alley so not too loud but very accessible to the main roads. We were able to reach our target destinations in 6-10mins by foot. Also love how accommodating and warm the people are. Breakfast spread is also nice plus the lady on the dining area is very friendly.

Road gets closed on Fridays, Saturdays. and Sundays. Might be a slight hassle if you have luggages with you

The location was in the heart of the Old Quarter on a quieter side street. Our room was clean, comfortable, and at the back of the hotel away from the street so it was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety.

Flora checked us in and went above and beyond during our stay, arranging spa treatments, booking transport to our next destination, and more! The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the center of the old quarter but down a quieter street away from all the cars and noise. The breakfast provided each day was also fantastic, lots of variety and the staff were very attentive. The sky bar also had a great view of the lake and served delicious drinks!

The hotel is perfectly located and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind. When we checked out, they even prepared small delicious souvenirs for us, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Everything was perfect we truly enjoyed our stay.

There is an excellent selection of both Western and Asian dishes, and everything feels fresh and well prepared. The freshly made pho noodle soup is fantastic, and the egg station offers many options, all cooked fresh to order. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you look forward to waking up early.Overall, Scent Premium Hotel delivers not just great facilities, but genuine hospitality. If you value friendly service, great food, and a place that really cares about its guests, this hotel is absolutely worth staying at. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent -- on a remarkably calm street amid the chaos of Hanoi's Old Quarter and a 2 or 3 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. More important, I cannot speak too highly of the staff: Ms. Tran (Julia) handled all of my complicated arrangements swiftly and efficiently, along with her delightful colleagues Ngan (Nancy), Flora, Tran and the rest of the staff. Together they made my first visit to Hanoi a real pleasure.

Buildings in Hanoi tend to be tall and narrow, so the rooms facing the front and back of the hotel are likely to have a better view than those in the middle.

We had a fantastic two week stay here. The staff were so nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was close to everything. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for exploring the city. It was also super helpful to have Ms Julie to coordinate our activities and airport pick up in advance!

The hotel is in an excellent location next to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Everything is nearby, and it’s one of the best areas since the lake is the main attraction.The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good.

The room felt a bit dark and dusty.

I liked the location. Next to the lake and old quarter.

The property. Expensive for the cost.

Staff were fantastic, welcoming and went out of their way for us, even going as far as walking our luggage to our next meeting point.

We booked a room without a window, but found that a little claustrophobic, we requested a change and they went out of their way to move us.

Clean room, great locations for Hanoi city walk tour, and friendly & kind staffs

A bit noisy because the door was not soundproofing

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The waitress at breakfast was attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room design was nice. The location was a quick walk to the lake.
