Epic Tower Swiss-Belresidences Hanoi

Clean, staff very friendly and room very comfy

Location is not the best and bathroom needs a renovation.

the receptionist very friendly especially Ngan and Henry both are having best smiles always willing to assist beautiful hotel as well

Everything was top quality, very large (65") smart TV. Very friendly staff.

Location was about 30 minutes by car from the center.

Clean, Convenient center where easily access to anywhere in town.

It would be good if they could offer comb at bath room. I usually use it for preparing my hair style.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel operates on a completely different level. The attention to detail, warmth of the staff, and seamless professionalism create an atmosphere that rivals the world’s top resorts. It’s rare to find a place where every element of hospitality feels intentional and elevated - but this hotel delivers just that.Much of the credit belongs to the exceptional leadership of General Manager Do Van Duong. His presence is felt in every corner of the property - from the pristine rooms to the impeccable service - and it’s clear he runs this hotel with passion, precision, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality. Under his guidance, this hotel doesn’t just function smoothly - it thrives. Best of all, he roams the hotel with humble pride - greeting each guest by name on the daily - a rarity these days. A true gem. If you're seeking a place that blends elegance, comfort, and genuinely remarkable service, look no further. This is more than a aparthotel - it’s a masterclass in hospitality run by a world-class manager who truly cares about every detail.

- Reception Staff was so helpful & supportive - Bartender was so friendly & provided best service - The infinity pool is huge & absolutely amazing - Staff in breakfast restaurant are all young, kind and looked after us so well.- All staff could speak English quite well- The price is almost half of other 5-star hotels that we stayed in Hanoi

Can’t complain anything basically

The facility was great, staff very friendly

We was not able to use the swimming pool was in maintenance until end of March. The hotel was a bit far away from other areas

Spacious, clean, good value

Location was far from the city centre. Not a lot of service to the room if needed.

Very clean and modern. Safe and well equipped.

The washing machine was leaking when we used it which was strange for such a new apartment.

Exceptionally clean and modern. The reception staff were also very helpful in assisting transfer and providing local recommendations.

Hot water in tap

Attitude of front office. Location. Breakfast was pathetic.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Gym was good. Rooms spacious and apartments had what is needed.

The pool needed a bit of a clean. Location was out of the City but appropriate for business district

New property. Modern top class facilities. Very good and fresh breakfast. Staff were very cooperative and understanding.

Given that it is a new facility, there are small niggles here and there.

Epic tower is really Epic. Since it's new property, everything is very nicely done. The quantity of construction is outstanding including kitchen set up and cutlery and utensils given in kitchen

There is nothing that you won't like.

The staff were very friendly and helpful

Both showers leaked water onto the main bathroom floor; the menu wasn't that great

The rooms were amazing and super clean. Rooms were cleaned every day. staff were very helpful and supportive. Outstanding service. Services were better than the 5* hotels. Cleanliness is outstanding no doubt about it.

You might find some minor issues like the toilet didn't have bidets and not many options for breakfast. But the food quality and quantity was very good and tasted amazing.
