Everything about my stay was truly satisfying, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were warm, friendly, and enthusiastic, always offering help with genuine kindness. Their attention and care made me feel valued as a guest throughout my time there.The meals were delicious and carefully prepared, adding another highlight to the experience. Despite having traveled to many destinations, this hotel impressed me the most with its exceptional service. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and I look forward to returning many more times.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could clearly feel the professionalism and warm hospitality. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, handled the check-in process quickly, and provided a detailed introduction to the hotel’s facilities. The bell staff were always ready to assist—gentle, courteous, and attentive—making me feel truly valued in every moment.

The hotel is in a prime location, very convenient for getting around. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. My family and I stayed during a holiday, but the price was still reasonable and not inflated like at many other places.

The customer service is outstanding. Another great advantage is the late check-out. They were very kind to let me take a shower even after I had checked out, so I would definitely like to use this hotel again the next time I visit.

We stayed at the Avani Hotel for three nights in early December. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, which is very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and discovering Hanoi’s great food. The rooms are elegantly and harmoniously designed, and the breakfast is clean, delicious, and offers a wide variety of choices.

The hotel is located near the Old Quarter, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring Hanoi. The room was clean and fully equipped, the front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and the chef prepared both sweet and savory dishes that were delicious.

The only good thing about this place is it's location.

The hotel website shows deceiving photos. The rooms are way smaller then what is shown in the photos. The bed is super small too. For the price they charge it is definitely a waste of money. The bathroom is so small that it hardly fits you in without hurting yourself. The shower hardly has any water coming out - be prepared to have a shower with a few droplets of water pouring out from the tiny shower-head. The breakfast is below average and they will run out of simple things like bread and when you ask for more, they may or may not replace it during their breakfast timings. The balcony is about 12 inches long, you can hardly stand in the balcony with two units of air condition machines on both sides.

Location is at the heart of Old Quarter. Very accessible.
