Excellent location in the old quarter. Massive bed and a really good breakfast.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The room was big with a large bed. Balcony overlooked train street. Breakfast was good with oprions for a fresh cooked main. Location was excellent across from train street and easy walk to Hoan Kiem lake. So many good restaurants and bars close to the hotel. 100 percent recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel right in the heart of Old Quarter. Some rooms have view to the Train street. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms

Loved the proximity to almost everything: Train Street, Hoa Kiem Lake, Giang Coffee, Beer Corner etc. Loved that eventhough we are close to Train Street, we could only hear the train as if it were distant.Phuoc and the rest of team were exceptional.

The water pressure in the bathroom: it took us awhile to feel like we showered.We heard children yelling at different times of the day but we never saw one?Breakfast: it was nice that it was free but it was not really to my liking. The tea and coffee were in thermos yet both were already room temperature and we were downstairs at 7 AM.Please make sure to add the Hotel's phone# in WhatsApp and communicate with them, especially when staying out late.You will need to be let in: doors get locked at a certain time in at night. It is a good thing: safety always comes first.

Great place, the staff will make everything possible to make sure you're confortable and happy. bedding is amazing and rooms are clean. breakfast is delicious and made for you in the minute. you're also really close to the main attractions.

The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay. The location is great, it isn't too noisy because its not in the very center of the old quarter,so for us its a very good choice. The staffs are great and friendly.

There are only a few food choices and sometimes they run out.

Good location opposite Train Street and close to many attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable room with plenty of space for 3 of us (Netflix was a bonus!). Balcony overlooking the street was also a plus, great to watch the trains from. Fresh bottled water in the room every day. Breakfast was a small buffet but had everything we wanted, as well as eggs cooked to order. Great for a short stay, and good value.

Nothing really! There is no hotel bar but we ordered drinks on Grab which was fine. You need to let them know if you want the room cleaning (we forgot to put the sign on the door one day and our room wasn't cleaned).

Rooms were very small. Hotel is just in front of meat market. We were given room on 8th floor and the lift was only till 7th floor.

Central location in hanoi old quarter, directly next to train street. Balcony with view on the train tracks was a big plus and made the stay unforgettable! Staff was super friendly and caring- one of the nicest hotel staff I have ever met on my travels.Breakfast was good, a mix of fresh fruit (delicious), pastries, bread and several warm dishes to choose from.Water was provided for free at all times.

Super helpful English speaking reception staff. Great location. We had a great room with the best balcony, it overlooked part of the amazing train street! Breakfast was good, with eggs nicely cooked to order by cheerful staff. A good value stay, can recommend!

The front desk was super helpful in giving us advice for food and helping us book some activities! Water pressure was great and hot! The location is phenomenal! Right across from the train tracks and situated well for all the main attractions.

The beds were a little on the harder side here.

The hotel's location is not only convenient but also in a very secure area.Our standard double room was spotless and exceptionally quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff at the reception were outstanding always helpful, kind, friendly, and extremely polite. They went above and beyond to assist us, helping us organize a trip to Ha Long Bay and giving us great recommendations for local food.The hotel offers several convenient services, such as a nearby parking area (just 10 meters away) and affordable laundry service. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the 24-hour reception was a great plus.Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a small buffet and an extra warm dish of choice, including eggs, pancakes, noodle soup, and other delicious local specialties.We were truly happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

The location of the property is close to the train street. Bed is comfortable and spacious. Staff are very nice and accommodating as well.

Extremely dated. The window didn’t close properly, making the room very noisy. A train passes right under the windows throughout the night, blasting its horn loudly, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs. Additionally, the walls are very thin, and every word from the neighbors can be heard.

We like its central location in the old quarter. It was so near the railway tracks where the railway cafes are located. Room was spartan but clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided was not bad considering the value.

The room without window can be a tad bit claustrophobic if you’re not used to it. I’d recommend getting the room with windows.

In particular, Trang was incredibly helpful in fulfilling all our requests with very kind manners, one of the best people we’ve met on our trip.
