Amazing boutique hotel in a great location. The street that it’s on is quiet compared to the surrounding area, allowing for a great sleep.

Fantastic location but the staff made this hotel really enjoyable :) They went above and beyond with advice and organising different aspects of our trip. "2 bedroom apartment" was actually 2 separate rooms on the same floor (only 2 rooms on the floor) - this was well communicated to us prior or at time of booking and was very acceptable.

The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful - they made us very welcome. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, on a quite street with some great banh mi and pho options, and minutes' walk from the cathedral, lake, and other old town attractions and amenities. We had a great stay.

The wifi was sometimes unstable, but was usable overall.

Great location, excellent staff, good value overall. Staff were friendly and helpful every day. Xenia in particular was amazing - we forgot our passports in the hotel safe, and she arranged for them to be delivered to us at the airport via Grab bike. We received our passports on time and were able to catch our flight!

Beds are quite firm, so we would have enjoyed a softer bed.

The location was amazing. The receptionist, older gentleman in the evening and younger female during the day, both speak fluent English and very helpful with any questions regarding laundry service, local eateries, and tours. The room had charming character.

We had the 8th floor balcony room, which had a lovely view of the city, but morning church bells and loudspeakers would echo into the room. If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for room facing away from open streets. Bathroom tiles can be maintained a little better.

The location was great, right in the Old Quarter and close to many delicious restaurants and coffee spots. We slept well through the night even though the hotel is near very busy streets. The staff are wonderful.

The photos are not accurate. The gym is a small room on the first floor with half of the machines displayed in the photo online and it didn’t feel as private to use considering how close it was to reception. We also found the room itself to be very small and it felt like we were in an elevated hostel compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Hanoi.

Although we loved Vietnam in every way possible, the hospitality at different hotels we stayed at seemed not up to the par. However, that perspective changed when we got to this hotel. The staffs were very friendly, and you could feel that they genuinely cared for you. After I booked through booking.com, they messaged me on whatsapp and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Loved the service. Also, they make their own rice cracker, which is AMAZING, and complementary!

Location is the best. Staff is excellent and the hotel is cute. This makes my stay very convenient and comfortable. My bit shoutout to Emma and Xenia who both went extra length to make my stay comfortable. They are the best. I’ll definitely come again here in very near future.

Only thing missing is the breakfast in this hotel which became a bit of a challenge for me to look for food outside in early mornings.

Great location and fabulous team managing this little boutique hotel. Emma and Xenia have been fabulous hosts going that extra mile to satisfy the customers.

Missing restaurant for morning breakfast is something that needs to be considered.

The property was old. The lobby depicted on the booking website is from the sister hotel. The photos don’t really align with the hotel I stayed at. The room was really old, shower leaked and would easily flood the bathroom, and the room smelled like bathroom/sewage. The third bed was a folding bed that was really uncomfortable. Cleaning staff would forget to give us a third water/ third towel. They also give complimentary water every day but charged us for accidentally taking the water from the fridge which didn’t really make much sense. We also got woken up at 11:00 PM because the front desk needed the iron.

Hanoi Center Silk Boutique Hotel is centrally located near the Old Quarter. It is close to pho restaurants and cafes. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. There is no request that is too much for them! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Especially at the price you pay! We stayed at the Hanoi Silk Center Boutique Hotel on a previous trip to Hanoi and were happy to return when we stopped in Hanoi this time. I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Hanoi.

I honestly can't think of much. The lift is quite small but so are many lifts in Vietnam. There is no restaurant at the hotel itself but there plenty of eating places and coffee shops in the same street as the hotel so this isn't really a problem.

I love our stay here at Hanoi Center Silk Boutique! Everything is clean and comfortable. Our room is very beautiful too! It is very close to the night market and the lake. Lastly, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, I am always grateful for accommodating us. I'll definitely book here again with my family when we go back here at Hanoi ❤️

The showers are in poor condition, mold, stains on the floors. I had cockroaches and a lizard in the room. My first room was not in a good shape, the color on the walls pilled off
