Lestar Hotel Hanoi

Hotel looks quite new, spotless.Room is well decorated & beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good with city view at rooftop. The hotel is located in a busy street so balcony come with noise during the day but was surprisingly quiet during the night and early morning. Light sleepers might need earplugs >.< BONUS ! Got our room upgraded during check in when the next category was vacant ~ very happy !Staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating.

This hotel is new and beautiful. In this part of town, a lot of the hotel rooms don't have windows due to the longhouse building design. Not here! Our room had a balcony and two other windows to flood the room with light. Breakfast was great, offering many options, and the staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating.

Located close to the sights. Great staff. Breakfast food is beyond praise. We were unlucky with the fact that heavy equipment worked nearby all night and it was very noisy. If not for this noise, there are no complaints about the hotel. Corresponds to the cost.

The rooms are well decorated and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is really good, fresh and seasonal. The staff is great and really helpfull

We were greeted with ear plugs! But there’s no escaping constructed in the Old Town.

The service and hospitality was exceptional. Each and every member of staff made sure that we were cared for in every possible way. The travel agency they have a tie up with are also really good. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Hanoi Old quarter. The breakfast spread was also extremely delicious.

The size of the room is a bit too small to be honest. We had booked a room with a balcony, we found the balcony to be a sliver of space outside. Also since the hotel is located very much in the old quarter, there is a lot of noise. But the road is closed for transport from 10PM to 5AM.

Location means it is noisy on a morning - good idea to bring some earplugs.

Great property and very good value. The location is about 15min walk from various points of the city where you would like to be.The rooms were very clean and modern and smart tv was a bonus bit of Netflix in the evening never hurts.Bed was extremely comfortable and wifi was good.Staff were extremely friendly some of the best I’ve encountered in a long time.Slight hiccup on checkout was resolved very quickly and professionally.One issue is the building site next door is noisy atm at all hours of day and night. Hopefully it’s finished soon, then this hotel would be perfect. I will stay again next time in Hanoi

New darling luxury feeling boutique hotel design. Clean, new and impeccable service. Seriously, Just book it. You won’t regret staying here.

The beds were very hard bathroom to small & lack of facilities as in no where nice to sit up the top to have a drink The staff were all fantastic very helpful always very nice & professional spoke English well they also went to the trouble of making a nice surprise on our bed to say happy anniversary

Room is spotless clean and facilities looking new.Staffs service good.

Network tv is not working sometimes, signal had been cutting in and out.

The staffs were all amazing and so helpful, and all of them. And the location was superb, close to the night market and really good restaurants and so affordable and so good.I would only check the drainage in the shower as it's slow to get rid of the water.

Beautiful room, well thought out design. Most comfortable bed we slept on in Vietnam and seemingly unlimited hot water (which is pretty uncommon in Vietnam). Spotlessly clean.Location was perfect too: close to west lake, old quarter and in weekends very close to the night market! The restaurants in the neighbourhood were a lot more local, which we loved. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Can only recommend.

Hotel and the room was very clean, they have attached the actual photos of hotel and rooms. Breakfast was nice and good spread. They didn’t forget to give us breakfast pack since we had to checkout early morning to go to airport. Staff were nice and attentive, they could understand and speak English. gave us all the details about area and helped us through out. They were nice enough to give us a room upgrade and a souvenir. Hotel is located very close to old quarter. Just a 5-7 mins walk.

Excellent hospitality, friendly staff! We really liked to location of the hotel, the design is very nice, the rooftop bar for breakfast is a big plus.

The staff were wonderful, the Hotel was such a relief having had to move out of a nightmare (The Le Foyer) which was a death trap.The attention to detail and the fire safety was amazing, and I actually felt safe. so much so that we came back to it after a cruise. Very very happy with it. And the first time I would fully recommend.

Nothing! Except the portable safe ?, that seems to be a feature.
