- Location. Beds comfortable. Staff excellent and helpful
Cons -
- Lying and scamming staff. One of the bellboys tried to scam me for a prepaid sim card through his friend (more than double the price), also lying that the telco store is far away, it wasn't, it's a 5 minute walk from hotel. Cold hotel with no warmth..

All was good!
"I stayed 12 nights in Vietnam touring many 4 and 5-star hotels, and Silk Path Hotel in Hanoi was by far the best. The hotel is exceptionally clean with very kind and professional staff. They anticipated my needs and provided everything I required, even without asking. They gave thoughtful gifts to my family and offered full support in every way. The food was also excellent. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!"
Everything
The hotel is on a main shopping street and close to the train street and hoan kiem lake. Even though the hotel is on a Main Street the hotel is very quiet inside. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. The staff is very helpful to help you choose activities, a spa or restaurant
The staff who were absolutely brilliant, particularly the porters who helped with luggage and local recommendations in the area. They couldn’t do enough for us and we really valued their recommendations
Very comfortable, excellent food, friendly staff and great value for money

Pool and a spa would’ve been good
Staff were very helpful all the time. Very respectful and they carried our bags for us. Always they opened the main door each time we approached. Location is so central to everything. Train Street is minutes away.
Staff was particularly helpful and location was great. Yummy breakfast and nice rooms.
