Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel

Staff made sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. Staff asked me if everything was up to par and fixed anything needed.

The space was tight and the air hit directly to the face. I caught a cold.

The room is sooo neat and comfortable to stay. Hannah is very helpful and cheerful, she really takes care of the guests. Breakfast selection is not much though

all are nice specially the staffs and big shoutout with ms quinn she helped us a lot when we had an issue with our transport van to sapa and she was the one who coordinated with them directly and even booked grab for us and assist us during our stay in the hotel. Really appreciated all the efforts and kindness of everyone

I will highly recommend this place. It is near cafes, tourist places, and restaurants, and the walking distance makes it even more convenient. Lively neighborhood! I want to thank the staffs, especially Helen, for being so helpful and accommodating before and during our stay in Hanoi.

The location is great and staff is extremely warm, welcoming and very helpful in helping us book a halong bay cruise and all our questions and giving us advice.

fixed western food for one, and Vietnamese for the other 3 persons.We had to depart for sightseeing at 7:30 AM , and staff had "grab and go" prepared for us in advance so tour guide could pick us up on time.

First room assigned did not have hot water. Reassigned to another room with adequate hot water.Rooms felt cold as there were no heaters in the room, only air conditioning.Very reasonably priced.

The hotel staff is what makes this place special, they go beyond there means to help u with anything, recommend staying here ,greatl location ,rooms good ,staff excellent, street food outside your door ,would definitely stay here again

The staff were wonderful and quite friendly! The room was very clean and great location.

There was no soundproofing. I could hear doors slamming constantly. And my room had a fake window leading to the corridor. I could hear everything. Awful sleep.

I found a couple of maintenance and cleaning issues in my room. When I contacted the hotel personnel they responded immediately trying to resolve any issue immediately. The hotel also offered another room immediately. I declined the offer because we stayed for 3 nights and the issue was not important enough to move to onother room.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the bed and room were comfortable and it was lovely to be able to have the windows open as the hotel is located in a laneway without cars and is quiet at night.

Breakfast was terrible but there were plenty of nice places to eat nearby.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating going above and beyond to ensure my comfort specially Helen. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and attentive, answering all my questions and providing helpful recommendations.The location of the hotel is also a major plus. It’s conveniently situated nearby attractions making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated how accessible everything was, allowing me to make the most of my trip.Overall, I highly recommend Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

The staff couldn’t do enough to support our stay including arranging an early check in after a difficult flight. Daily room service, incredibly comfortable room, clean and bright. The location is also perfect for sight seeing from this old quarter of Hanoi. I must also mention the breakfasts where we could choose from a range of breakfast options included freshly cooked, all within the price of stay. My youngest is addicted to the French toast! Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel was honestly a home away from home and we look forward to staying there again. Thank you to all the lovely staff who went out of their way to look after us.

Nothing to dislike

Just stay here 1 night as a stop before go to Sapa. The location not bad for here as quite but near to attraction spot as well. Staff is very nice and friendly:)

Location is great, in the middle of all the major sights. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in the price. Room was generally clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have more diverse options. Some details in the room could be cleaner.
