Amorita Boutique hotel

Came back to this hotel after staying a few nights in ninh binh. Front desk was welcoming and friendly. Smooth check in and check out service. They helped with carrying my luggages to my room as well as to the car when leaving for airport. Overall, great stay.

Central location within the old quarter and close to many restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring you have what you need (transportation arrangement, etc.) as well as letting you know there's a night market during the weekends. They are also happy to store your luggage if youre taking a short trip to ninh binh or sapa. Overall great stay and the price is superb.

None, everything was great. Like any other hanoi hotels there a lot of traffic since its within the old quarter.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. So nice and friendly! They helped with any requests we had including a late checkout. It was honestly a delight walking downstairs and being greeted by them every day. The location was also perfect. Right by the lake and heart of the city. Would definitely stay again !

Perfect location and within the Old Quarter. Staff are very friendly and warm. They check guests regularly and give recommendations what to eat around or where to shop.

Location was good, close to the lake. The staff are very friendly. Mai booked us a mini bus to Sapa which was clean and efficient. They also arranged an airport transfer which was fine.

The breakfast could have been better. I feel the images on booking may not fully represent the rooms. We were given a room above the reception which was very noisy.However, I will say, you do meet other guests in the hotel which you won’t in sterile higher class hotels.It’s a fine balance.

the connecting room is more like one big bedroom with 3 beds. The photo of the room looked like there was a door in between “rooms”. One of the reasons I booked it.

The property was as it looks in the pictures. The staff is very kind and is always willing to help you. They also do have breakfast every morning. Ms. Mai really does go out of her way to help you.

Best location. The staffs were so friendly and helpful.

The room in the 7th floor feels like sleeping on the covered rooftop. No elevator, can hear outside noise, clogged plumbing, ceiling has leak stains.

Everything about this stay was incredible. Mai and Fiona were AMAZING! They went out of their way to helping. From last minute requests to buying as packing tape so we could pack our souvenirs, doesn’t get better than this. Plus the location is AMAZING!

great central location! mai and long were wonderful throughout our whole stay ensuring we were comfortable and helped us book l tours to halong bay!

there weren’t any windows in our room, specifically the triple suite. noise also travelled pretty easily though walls.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at the Amorita Hotel! The front desk was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and even helped set up reservations for us. Every time we came back from our activities, our room was always clean and nicely made up. The location is also great—we were close to so many shopping options. Huge thanks to the Amorita staff for always being so helpful and always greeting us with big smiles!

Excellent stay in a great location. The room was very clean, and the staff were nice. They arranged airport pickup and drop-off, smoothly switched my room from the 6th to the 2nd floor, and even carried my luggage to the room. Friendly, attentive service throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

No windows and the room feels stuffy.

Hotel is at center of Old quarter very convenient. The host Ms. Mai is very attentive and helpful. I strongly recommend the hotel.
