Nice staff. Clean and comfy.

No window in the room. And a window to the hallway instead? Kinda weird.

My husband and I stayed here last year and came back. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed is excellent and we slept well. The location is perfect, part of the Old Town but not in the middle of craziness. It’s super close to everything, but far enough to have a nice, quiet time. We would stay here again. The best part is the super-friendly, polite staff. They will always be there to assist with any needs. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly, both night and morning crew.

My wife and I came for a quick one-night stay, arriving after 11:00 PM. Initially we were surprised that our room didn't have a window, as the advertisement certainly did. We arrived late and were looking forward to a hot shower - none forthcoming, as there was no hot water (later we learned the hot water wasn't turned on for our room). Worse, the bathroom drain was clogged, flooding the bathroom. We told staff and they said someone would help in the morning, but by 10:00 AM no help had arrived as we were leaving. The room was also located in a noisy location on the first floor and we were awoken quite early by noise in the lobby.

The location is superb. Literally at the center of everything and near loads of coffee shops. Most are within walking distance. Not many nearby groceries but it has a 711 a few corners down. Love that there are many towels. Room is big so we can actually move around with our luggage without issues. Staff are lovely lovely people.

It's very dark in the room for some reasons, light are warm or something but we tried turning on all lights and still dark. Bit expensive too and the telly doesn't work in our room. The cabinet smells a bit sweaty so reckon there's a wet sock that had been left there by a few previous guests. Didn't really use it so didn't mind. No one's in the reception when we were checking out so we are a bit at a loss for around 15-ish minutes but understandable as we checked out around noon.

A nice room facing up the street but not noisy. Flower was awesome, she went out of her way to assist us with everything from airport transfer to a day trip to Halong bay. Really appreciate!

Large family room with 3 beds, conveniently located with good AC

We were surprised there was no decent window in the room. Other than that, it was a good room.

We've been upgraded to Deluxe family room with windows due to overbooked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They refilled all the amenities and water even we had two days away. The location is perfect in the old quarter surrounded by shops famous cafés & restaurants, close to everything you need. The will be picked up if you booked a day trip.

The hotel upgrade us to a higher level room by removed our free breakfast due to they overbooked themselves. We agreed to the deal as we wanted to try local food anyway.

We love everything about this boutique hotel. The staff are great! Happy and Flower are extremely nice and helpful. All areas, especially our room, are sparkling clean. The location is superb.

Very clean & it looks recently renovated.The upstairs front rooms have a nice city/street view.The staff are very helpful & the location is in the centre next to shops, cafes & restaurant's.A beautiful lake is only a few minutes walk away , nice for some relaxing exercise.

A nice hotel in the old town, walkable to the tourist spots, lots of food and drinks around and accommodating staff especial Yen.

This property is steps from the Sapa Express bus terminal and offers wonderful tours. Flower makes sure all guest feel welcome and is so caring and helpful. Small but excellent breakfast buffet.

The staff are all caring and exceptional people, the location is very close to the lake, the Night Market and all the many Hanoi attractions. Helped us book an overnight boat cruise through Ha Long Bay and recommend nearby restaurants. Great location in the character Old Quarter, comfy bed in a cozy room, clean bathroom and a great fresh breakfast made each morning. Loved it here!!
