The staff were nice.

Our bed had a huge metal piece across the middle so very uncomfortable to sleep - which we did report to staff. It was not great value for money - and location was okay.

The location is the only thing which is good. Its in the middle of market. And of course, the morning staff is very helpful and supportive.

I had a wonderful stay at The Silk Boutique Hotel and Spa in Hanoi, Vietnam. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. One thing I truly appreciated was how they guided us whenever we needed directions, making it easy to explore the city.In terms of facilities, the housekeeping team did an excellent job—our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, which added to the comfort of our stay.As for the price, it felt fair and reasonable given the hotel’s prime location in the Old Quarter. From here, everything is accessible: delicious local food spots, beautiful parks, and fascinating museums are all within walking distance.Overall, this hotel offers great value, attentive service, and a perfect base for discovering Hanoi.

Location couldn’t be better-lake 10 min walk away, night market one block away, all walkable

Breakfast limited and little variety. Main staff great, less so with night crew. Room decent for the price, shower/hot water but I know there’s others in the area for less. No where besides the closet to put suitcase-awkward

It’s one of the best accommodation you could find around Old Quarter. The room was perfect for our group. They made sure each day our room is cleaned after the whole day of us being outside exploring Hanoi.

Everything about the property is wonderful. From cleanliness of the room, to having an elevator, they have the friendliest and accommodating staff. Aside from a nice breakfast buffet, we even got on-the-go breakfast (water, sandwich and banana) when we had to leave early for our Ninh Binh tour.

Jenny was fantastic and helped me sort out buses and an issue with my next hotel.

The place was conveniently located in the centre of Hanoi near all lovely bars and shops. The room was big enough for two people, the shower had nice warm water and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were very friendly and polite

The location of this property is perfect. We arrived after a direct flight from Australia so we arrived late and needed to sleep straight away. The beds are comfy and the aircon is cold and good! This isn’t a top tier luxury hotel, it is exactly like the pictures show and it is perfectly acceptable for your adventures in Old Quarter! The staff are so helpful and gave us a map to the best places to visit. The breakfast was great in the morning and it’s included in your stay, and the price was good as well for the hotel! I would recommend this to travellers needing a close stay to explore Hanoi, it’s right in the bustling streets to give you a full Vietnam experience.

hotel need to be refresh. Bathroom was all moldy. smells in the hotel was not pleasant. We asked to have kids rooms and parents room next to each other but that was not done. Rooms for the kids was on the main street. It was extremely noisy.our room was a lot quieter as we had a very small window.The only good point for us was the location.Breakfast was simple.
