- The hotel needs a major upgrade. I've stayed in hostels and budget hotels before, but this place was just straight up dirty. The cleaners do what they can but more needs to be done to keep the interiors clean and updated. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The area is also surrounded by major constructions, which I know isn't the hotels part, but just so travelers are aware.

Room reeked of cigarettes. Beds most uncomfortable I’ve slept on. Staff tried to charge me for drinking water provided in room which had no price tag in room

One of the staff speaks fluent English and Chinese. She was also very helpful to me.
Their card reader was broken so I couldn’t use my credit card. I paid by cash and and their exchange rate was very bad. I felt they seemed to charge me more than actual room rate.
