Hanoi Solo Hostel

All receptionist Day & night 24 hours service, & all they friendly. because I always come night time and sometimes day time , they always give my request, and i always check out at early morning, they assist me anytime in good smile, thats why when i book hostel i always book & i'm regular Customer.I always Book this Hostel. I feel safe.

all staff are friendly,clean room & all pocilities , good breakfast, even all customer are friendly with different countries , good place, safe,24 hours in the road place, because open 24 hours restaurant in front on this Hostel

Breakfast was good. Location great, price was amazing.

The bathroom in our shared room had a hard time draining water so it was always wet on the floor.

Highly recommend this hostel for everyone who has budget money. Excellent services and friendly staffs. They also provide Hagiang loop tour, Halong Bay Tour, Ninh Bin tour which is highly recommended by many customers.

The comfort and privacy. Stayed in a private room for 4 nights, then extended my stay twice it was that great. Hai was also an amazing host

Street was very loud and crowdy. We had expected that, but it was even noisier than we thought.

The room was so humid and damp, and had a horrible smell. The wet space was tiny that when you had a shower, it was impossible not to almost flood the bathroom with the shower head spraying water everywhere. There was also mould around the edge of the bath where there is the gap between the wall. Thankfully we were only here for a short stopover but it was not a pleasant night :(

The place is conveniently located, very friendly staff, has free entertainment area with a bar, mini soccer and pool table. A cozy rest area with big pillow and superb breakfast. Very nice hostel. Exceptionally good

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and nice buffet breakfast. One of the best hostels in Hanoi. Staff very helpful and professional. You will love it. Conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi. Bravo

Location and staff

It was a bit dirty both in the shared space and room. Breakfast was okay. I don’t know I just felt kinda grossed out by the whole place… but it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for

Wonderful hostel and good value for money. Great breakfast, bar, cozy lounge to relax, game centre with billiards and mini soccer. Serene. Soft music in the background and conveniently located near Hoàn Kiem lake

Everything worked out fine, the beds were clean. There is free beer in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Only one thing and reason why I didn't give a rating of 9 is because the bathroom in the dorm did not have a door (no door at all). You enter the bathroom and you have a separate shower and toilet, but the door of those are only those half doors for privacy, but not fully covering. So when you go to the toilet, the people hear (and smell) everything? I don't understand why there are no doors. It bothered me a lot.The rest was fine.

The staff were very helpful. I really liked the buffet Breakfast. The location is by the centre of "Old Town" Hanoi...and close to the night market.

The toilet design felt cramped...and the toilet area was not designed to use gravity to drain the water away. May be loud if you get a room facing the main street.

I was very delayed reaching the hotel and I was only in the room for around 6 hours.

The air conditioner couldn't seem to produce any warm air, so I wasn't able to warm up very much.
