The location and breakfast and was really cheap.

When ee have to check out no body help to take the luggage out.

We had a nice big room. Breakfast was a nice buffet.

Super loud during the whole night due to the traffic. The hotel looked similar to the pictures but was a bit older.The staircase was very small.

We just booked this hotel purely based on the location old quarter. Breakfast is okay.

Facilities were not maintained properly, property is full of cigarette smoke.

Very very hard bed with no option to have a soft matress brought in.Gap under the door to balcony created a cold draft at night.Shower kept filling up too much and sometimes overflowing onto floor, just a blockage probably

The hotel was great — nice rooms, super friendly reception staff, and a perfect location close to everything. I definitely recommend it! The only thing I wasn’t fully happy with was the breakfast — it just wasn’t quite to my taste.

One night stay, room was neat and tidy, 15 min walk to Train Street. Few places to eat.

Breakfast pretty basic. Beds bit too firm for me but ok.

The location -accessible to all tourists spots

The staff, some doesn’t even know how to greet the guest. They dont know how to speak english, even it’s basic english only.Not noise proof room— you can hear all noise can’t sleep well coz I can hear the noise outside with other guest plus the smell from kitchen, i smell it from my room. Not good pla improve.

Our non smoking room smelled of smoke. A couple of extra small hand towels would have been appreciated

I liked the spacious room and our little balcony. Location was on spot as it's near to many places of interest. Toiletries were supplied everyday even though we didn't request for room cleaning. Hot and cold water is also available.

The manager emailed me that I need to bring the card I used to book our room only to be told that the card reader does not read/accept my card. I had to ask a friend who came with me to use hers instead (which was embarrassing and what if I were alone and didn't have enough cash?). The breakfast food was boring and not very tasty. My friends felt that one of the staff members was rude (im not sure if it's a language barrier).

The rooms were pretty clean and the stuff was really nice!! The breakfast was also nice, there was a person making an omelette which was great.

The Location, very central and easy access

The room was placed close to the kitchen, in morning from 6:30 not only the noise but also the smell off fried food was not pleasant. No hot water for shower, this will only last for 2 seconds. Internet connection was really bad.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to most places of interest. Breakfast provided had great variety. Room cleaning on a daily basis

Our stay was wonderful for a cheap price hotel (with balcony). The breakfast was my favorite, and the coffee? (chef's kiss). The staff were very accommodating. 10 out of 10.

Was in a good location and was cheap

We got put in a little basement room which was right next to the basement kitchen, so we could hear noise all hours of the night and early mornings. We also were quite disturbed on our last night with a worker asleep in the breakfast area snoring so loud, which kept us up when we had a long flight the next morning and we didn’t find this very professional. Showers were also not good. Was cheap so can understand that but wasn’t the best place to stay overall

Very good location in old quarter and close to everything by walk. Standard breakfast with 6 types of simple hot food, pho ga soup, omelette made to order, fruits & bread. However it is nice breakfast even though the choices are limited.

We've got a room at the ground floor. The ceiling is very low especially in the bathroom. My partner's head just hit the ceiling when having shower. I think that room specially made for short people. I cannot imagine how tall people cope with that ?
