Hanoi Kingly Hotel

We booked a room without windows for 5 nights. Staffs are polite and very nice. Room is clean, breakfast is good.The hotel locates in the old quarter. The airport bus station is neaby and also close walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and French quarter.All in all we are quite satisfied about this hotel.

Everything was outstanding. Enjoyed the visit, location and staff.

Bed was a bit stiff.

The staff. I felt really comfortable here. What we noticed was you are treated more like a friend or family. Not like some of the more upscale places that have all the awkward formalities. Staff seem happy. We enjoyed our breakfast of Pho each morning. The room was big and clean. Surprisingly the noise didn’t bother us. We were on 1st floor and found it to be quiet at night and we also had a small portable white noise machine to block out noise in the morning. We appreciated this location vs being on some of the more narrow streets of the old town. Much easier to walk around here. Good Banh mi and coffee on this street. Very quick walk to the lake. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would pick it again.

The bathrooms could use a Reno. But overall for the price point it’s a good deal regardless.

Very convenient if you are going within the city center. A lot of coffee shops and food restaurants around. Which is really good

Kinda old building and they are not changing the bed sheets when we asked them.

Great location, friendly staff. We got the room with the balcony, and even though it was only on the 2nd floor, it was great to just watch the pace of everyday Hanoi life. Breakfast pho was good (note: they don't automatically provide them, but you can request chili peppers and lime), but the other foods were just ok.

If you get the balcony room, it goes without saying that you're gonna hear a lot of noise from the street. I didn't mind so much, but just something to be aware of if you choose that room. Not really any other issues.

They clean your room and provide fresh water everyday. Breakfast has a good variety. The owner’s brother drove us to the airport, free of charge, when we left Hanoi

Some of the furniture feels outdated. We had the hotel book us a driver to make our Halong Bay cruise but he drove very slow. There was no microwave in the room so I had to go downstairs every night to warm up a bottle of milk for my toddler

- In the center in a nice location. - clean rooms ok breakfast.- Staff were nice 24h reception.

- The mattress was the hardest i ever slept we left with backpain.- There is a bell sound every time the elevator reach any floor you can hear it.

Spacious Rooms and it is in the middle of Old Qtr area. 7/11 30seconds from hotel. Lake 1 minute away. Currency exchange and other major attractions are on walkable distance. Staff let me check in at 3.30 AM. And every staff member was no nice and ready to help. They also provide Tour plans for Sapa Halong and Ninh Bin.

the staff. my mom and my cousin loved a particular lady in the reception and the kitchen staff. their breakfast was good.

the lift being not in the same level as the floor as i was with my mom. I don't mind but it is not recommended for older people with luggages.

The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and while some team members are older, they were still attentive and committed to providing good service. Try the Bun Cha next to the hotel so yummy.

Just a one night visit for us but clean and comfortable, and very helpful and friendly staff

This hotel is in a great location, in the heart of the old quarter. Just a short walk to the lake and square, which is traffic free from Friday night to Sunday night. Plenty of eating, shopping, laundry, money exchange etc.etc.etc. around. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be a tad bland, but there is plenty of it and the baguettes and custard puffs make up for it. Wifi is really fast and strong with the occasional and brief outage.

Nice hotel - well located in old quater and walking distance to the lake - a bit noisy sometimes at night - Very Good Breakfast and Staff is really amazing

The staff here give excellent service. They are attentive to your every need. Mr Mark was so helpful in organising our trip to Ha Long Bay and made sure that our trip was very special. The location of the hotel is fantastic, we could walk very easily to restaurants and attractions. We would stay again!
