A quiet room to work in -- ask for the back-facing room over the temple roofs. Great restaurant too!

Good value, nice size room

My A/C had one setting high. I would either freeze or be hot. I told staff both nights that the fan blew consistently high. I ended up taping it almost closed. Staff you looked at it said it was fine. Stuck on one setting is not fine.

A comfortable and quiet hotel in the old district of Hanoi. Great value for money, would recommend to any solo traveler looking for an affordable room in Hanoi.

Great quiet location on the edge of the touristy Old Quarter. Comfortable room, after a free upgrade

The original so -called Superior room would have been too small and noisy (- but they upgraded) No breakfast option. But there are nearby hotels which offer breakfast.

There was too much noise When someone use hot water, i can hear the machine is working but it's too loud i can't even sleep and noise blocking is not good as well i could hear people open the door and close and i heard personal noise as well.. i couldn't sleep well there

The location is great and the the people as well. We rent a room with one double bed and we have been update for a bigger room. We went to Cat Ba for a few days and we left our guitar there. They safe our staff u til we came back and everything was there has we left. Thank you so much for your help !

Staff were extremely helpful and enthusiasm! Even we went back to hotel so late, they were still so nice to greetings us! They also upgrade my room to a really big and nice room with perfect view!!

The reception area is under renovation so it need few weeks to be clean

The air con was great.

When I arrived there was a large cockroach in the bathroom. The reception staff kindly removed it from the room and a small spider. I saw another cockroach in the bathroom later. The double bed mattress springs were digging into my back. There was also a single bed so I slept in that one instead which was comfier..

Very hard bed but slept surprisingly well. I requested a room facing back yard and got one so didn't have to face very noisy street in the front. Having a bathtub and shower was great. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was quite spacious and was cleaned daily with 2 bottles of water provided every day. Had a decent stay overall.

TV was not working at all during my stay - I informed reception but they couldn't fix it - I guess it was simply too old and needed replacement...I was woken up a few times by loud noise coming from the bathroom pipes - some good plumbing is definitely needed! The hotel is quite old and needs some good renovation.

Staff were excellent. Great location.

Junk in corridors. For some reason you shower standing in a bath which is dirty and the far side of the bath, the floor is very dirty. Strange window into corridor? sufficient for the one night, we stayed, but needs renovating.

Great Hotel in a great location, very friendly and cooperative staff, even woke up to accept us after we arrived late from Sapa.

Location. It was in the Old Quarter but in a quiet area.

The bathroom was not clean at all. We saw hair and ants.

The location is perfect to visit the old quarter. 5 min walk to the lake and right in the middle of the tourist area.

Massive room with large balcony overlooking st in old city. Room had mini fridge and couch. King size bed and mattress abit on hard side which in quite normal for Vietnam. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and spoke good English. Fantastic location

Everything else seemed mid, bleh, whatever. Nothing special about it, nothing horrible either. Just average. The posting says they have 24 hour reception but they didn’t when I came early in the morning. Lobby was open, just had to wait there a couple hours till someone came.

It's in a convenient location.Staff very informative and helpful.

Some power points didn't work.Wifi wa weak at times. Hand towels were not provided. A bit noisy in the morning as some works were taking place.

Close to beer street. Cheap to stay.

Didn’t really look like the photos. Aircon was poor so I was roasting. Very loud. No lights in the hallways. Felt like it was not great.
