It's the worst of the worst.

For the first time, the room smells weird. And when I stay on the first floor, I hear all the elevator and doors opening and closing. For the second time, the room is too cold in the winter. There is no heater. For the third time, the staff is too slow to respond. The staff is not always on duty, and the security guard is always not able to speak any English. And for the last time, if you want to leave your bag, you ask for money. I told them that if you give 200,000 units to the security guard, they'll keep your bag in a safe place. I think this is nonsense in common sense. I think it's the worst in terms of quality of service and in many ways for the price. There are many other options, so I think it's better to avoid this.

Good location. The room was very clean. Had all amenities. Good AC, good bed.

The check-in worker was really unfriendly at the beginning. This needs to be improved. The check in in a parking garage is also not so nice. The plates and cutlery were very dirty as well

Very average accommodation based on the costRude staff & no reception - have to deal with security based in the underground carpark (based on Mark's review from New Zealand, I had a very similar experience)No washing machine in apartment (as advertised)

Only one staff member on site who couldn’t speak English and couldn’t read Vietnamese. Google translator didn’t help since they couldn’t read

The location was very good and the bed was comfortable.

The security staff was drunk and acting strange when entering and leaving. The tv never worked and nobody came to fix this for us. The shower arrangement was poor and the floor is always soaking wet. The toilet gun is too powerful and painful and cannot be adjusted. No cleaning service during the stay. Overall very poor experience and not worth the money. Strongly suggest avoiding.

Overall a pleasant room and comfortable. The room is brightly lit, clean, a good size and the plants are real! I liked the locationand and found it quite at night on the 4th floor. Good WiFi and good communication.

I switched off the fridge when i arrived as it was making a noise. I have informed them about it and recommend a new fridge.

I didnt like the customer care services, I spent 4 nights and no body came to clean my room even though I tried to contact the management no body picked,

Such a nice place! Clean, heaps of space, netflix all set up, great for a few days. Only downside is it being a little far away from the centre, but it wasn’t far to catch a grab in (or expensive)

Really nice place and the location is about 4km from Old Quarter. The bus runs very near and it's fast to get places even with the terrible traffic. Bed is very soft and space is nice.

Shower hot water runs out very fast, so hope you like cold showers. Must space out showers for two people. Unexcusable for this price

Location is perfect, we have stayed in the old quarter previously but much preferred our stay here. Loads of delis and bars around the corner and inexpensive to get a taxi to other areas. The apartment itself is a nice size, there’s a good amount of hot water (we were able to take hot baths) Bed is comfy, ample storage

Everything was clean and nice, the location it’s perfect for a quiet stay in the west side. The bed was comfy as all the facilities. The reception guy it’s the person from the parking lot of the building, he doesn’t speak English but he’s always smiling and giving his best. He’s the best!

The shower haven’t curtain so the water licked in the floor.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, but spoke very little English, so we communicated effectively, through Google Translate

Location is very convenient and beds were very comfortable.

There was a flickering light that didn't turn off and the staff didn't understand anything we said so it was very frustrating

The apartment is conveniently located right in the heart of Quang An ward of Tay Ho district. There's many places around to eat and/or have a pint or two. The apartment is spacious and luminous thanks to the huge panoramic window.

The aparentment overall could have been cleaner. Also somebody entered the unit at like 8 am when I was sleeping. These things are not critical but fixing them would mean a better quality of stay here.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay to explore around the Westlake area. Even going to the centre is easy with affordable taxis as the area isn't too far off from the main attractions. Lots of international cuisine nearby and the staff was welcoming and pleasurable to deal with during our 2 separate stays!

The room is spacious, and the kitchen exudes elegance. The security is top-notch. Located near West Lake, it’s perfect for evening walk, which are absolutely delightful.
