Classy Holiday Hotel & Spa

I liked the fact that it had an elevator. Also, the breakfast was awesome. The pho, chicken curry, and omelettes were delicious. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The hotel itself was great, but I hate the Old Quarter of Hanoi, Vietnam. I don't really want to get into why because this is a review of Church Boutique which I loved.

Comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Ms Thu was very helpful booking excursions to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay with a dedicated driver. She also followed up daily to ensure that every thing was ok.

Mildew in the bathrooms.

Amazing location, so convenient and close to everything. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Our room had everything we need, a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and it was so quiet at night we slept so well. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

I like how the staff were very accommodating. They would recommend food places and attractions to visit. They even prepared a birthday cake for my dad on our last day as a gesture which we really appreciate

It's our 2nd time staying at the hotel and always love the stay here. The location is centre to everything in old town area and the room is comfortable for two of us as well. The staff are friendly and always willing to help which is a plus point.

Nothing and we will come again for our next visit.

Loved the location. When we arrived early in the morning, it felt deserted, but once the shops opened, the area came to life.

The room we were assigned had a cracked floor and stained bedsheets. While the cracked floor was noticeable when we entered and somewhat unpleasant to look at, it wasn’t a major concern. However, we only discovered the stained bedsheets when we were about to go to bed.

Everything is great. Very good location in the city center. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Special thanks to Lee, he helped me a lot to go to Ha Long Bay. I recommend.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, conveniently placed and very good value for money. The staff were attentive and professional. Thu ensured we were well looked after and sent reminders about airport pickups and drop offs. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi. We will be returning soon.

Air conditioning was slow to cool the room off but eventually did the job.

Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Location is perfect in the middle of old quarter with many shops and food just outside the main door. Most places are within a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast everyday is sufficient with quite a few options.

Old property, pictures are very deceptive rooms do not look like those in the pictures it’s very run down , rooms are very old and narrow, definitely needs an upgrade, breakfast was very very average but this would be suitable for those who are backpackers are just need a bed. Not really suitable for families. Staff were good but definitely not an amazing hotel. Worst hotel we stayed at in the whole trip in Vietnam
