It is far from old quarter so every time we go out we have to go by either grab bike or taxi which costs us more and wasted our time

The staff are sont kind and helpfull , the location is very well ! You can book a Grab and be in the old quarter in less than 5min ! If you have some question you can ask the staff, they are so great ! I recommande that hotel !

Hotel Management team was very on point when it comes to reaching out for arrangement, making sure that my logistics were taken care of for the days leading up to the trip. Recpetionists were extremely helpful, went above and beyond their responsibilities to accomodate my very needs, given that this is my first visit to Hanoi.

price-quality, very nice staff, they helped us with our laundry, great shower, nice welcome pack. We liked everything and it was nice to feel that the staff is always ready to help

when I stood in the plank, I saw a little dust under the bed. but it's easy to fix

the bed was comfortable and room was clean

we were told that there was free breakfast included and when we went down the next morning to get it there wasn’t even a restaurant in the hotel. the guy at reception also didn’t speak any English whatsoever which was a bit difficult but it was okay

Price is good, room is clean, the hotel is not too big but very cozy. i feel like a home here.Thank you for well support during the time I stayed here

Near bus station. Convenient to go to airport. Quite quiet when sleeping. Hotel is new and clean. Small restaurants are around.

Tivi is no working. Lift is not reach to the room floor.
