Clean, and the most important is staff. They are friendly. Price is reasonable

The service from staff was impeccable. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They were able to suggest very good activities and arranged transportation

We enjoyed our stay at the Golden Sun Hotel. The location was good if you are looking for the Old Quarter. We stayed in the Family Room, which is on the 7th floor. This was great for people travelling with kids as there is a tiny alcove with a table and chairs, as well as a sink and counter. This all gave the room much more space than other hotels in the Old Quarter. The hotel is a tiny bit run down, but this is a three star, not four star. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay.

Just a bit run down in the rooms, and there was quite a draft through the windows up that high. The blinds were helpful though.

The room was clean and big and close to the city center. Everything you needed was a walk away.The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast does not have many options but everything is delicious.

The hotel is in a good location in Old Town and the staff are absolutely brilliant at organizing your trip they will help you with anything you need do not hesitate. I think I could not have stayed at a better place

I think they have thought of everything are very experienced and I can't think of anything to improve

Tom is bilingual and always went far out of his way to make our stay trouble free and relaxing. He and Hai at the front desk were wonderful, hard working, kind, and helpful. Their pleasant demeanor and kindness are a large part of the reason for the high rating I'm giving the hotel.

The balcony of our family room is at the opposite of our room. And the other people can use the balcony

Tom, the hotel manager, was absolutely wonderful. He facilitated everything that we needed, including cars tours and money exchange. He was extremely pleasant. He has a lot of value to this hotel property! The breakfast was wonderful and delicious.

For the price level it's a great hotel. It was fantastic how the hotel arranged price efficient taxi pickup from airport as well as drop-off going back. Made the journey smooth.

Place was accessible to everything. Tom and Jerry were very kind and helpful. Food was amazingly good.

The elevatot was on the 2nd floor. My 90 year old mom had to climb the stairs to get to our cozy room in the 5th floor.

The location is walkable to most of the attraction and quiet at night.The facilities are clean and we loved the breakfastWe enjoyed everything, we were helped in all of our activities and they support us all the time

Location was perfect, and the hotel also plan trips which we joined and enjoyed around Hanoi. They provide breakfast, just a simple and standard breakfast.

The room was clean, it has the amenities needed, the bed is confortable and location is close to most of the attractions. The best thing is that Tom helped us to schedule and organize the tours that we did (a cruise to Halong Bay and SaPa)They picked us up from the airport and we did early check in, they storage the luggage and has a bathroom if you already did the check outThe breakfast is really good and the staff is very friendly, we are so happy with everything
