FTE BA DINH

The entire staff were exceptiinally courteous and polite. They took care of our needs with style. Also, best massage and facial at the very reasonable cost. Also, food was extra nice.

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. It was a quiet area, so a very calm and relaxing stay.

There was filming going on while we were staying there and although we were always encouraged to go ahead and that we weren't in the way, moving though the cameras and lights in the lobby did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience especially since we weren't told that this would be happening. Not a huge issue but slightly uncomfortable.

Nice facility, Sweet and friendly staff ‘Chloe’ help me a lot with my trip. She deserves a raise and promotion ^^

The room is clean, satisfied with the service

Location a little bit far from my working office The breakfast are little bit boring, not many menu variation

Great staff, good breakfast. Everyone was very sweet and helpful! Enjoyed the spa services too. Food at the restaurant is great as well.

Location is a bit far from major touristy places but that’s ok.

Breakfast always is a good point, despite small dining room.Quite a variety of food choice.Staff is friendly and smiling.Cosy chair/table.

Room ambient, could feel the honk of the trucks in the rim road nearby. No razor, even it is queen room (double deluxe?)No bath tub, not recommended for Japanese guests.

I loved the spa especially the foot massage.

Complimentary water bottle is baby sized not suitable for adults. Not enough lights in room.

Our stay at the FTE Ba Dinh Hotel was fantastic! The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities such as the gym, pool and spa were all clean and easy to access. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food at the hotel was also delicious.

It's not really something I didn't like, but it is something to take note of. When staying at this hotel, you will need a grab to go places such as Old Quarter.

Excellent hotel - really great value with great facilities (pool, lounge space, gym), huge breakfast selection (a hit with the kids!) and a good location for exploring the city. We walked a lot, and enjoyed seeing the local area this way, but you could easily get a Grab around too. Comfortable and spacious rooms, a great start to our Vietnamese adventures.

Staff very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent, rooms clean and comfortable.

Location was 20-30 minute drive from most tourist attractions. Not much within walking distance of hotel. Deceiving name as there is a busy tourist area with same name as hotel.

the breakfast was delicous no problems there great choice

Unfortunatly you are not central so you do need to taaxi every where.

The staff was friendly and possessed a good hospitality.

I was there for 5 days and the breakfast was the same - phở gà. Did not have chance to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine

Room okay

Not that I paid for this reservation on 8th Jan via booking.com but the hotel debited me again at check in. I want my money back from booking.com.

Excellent stay in Hanoi. The staff is 10/10 and very nice. The breakfast was great with all we needed. We loved the room and it was cleaned daily. We stayed for a total of 4 nights, giving us time to feel a bit more connected with Hanoi. Although we did not use it, the hotel provided discounts for customers on food, drinks and spa. Thanks to all the lovely people at FTE.

Large room with a very comfortable bed. Extremely friendly & welcoming staff. Great breakfast.

Not much around the hotel.

I stayed at FTE for a business trip. It was clean, quiet location, breakfast buffet was decent, staff were courteous and friendly

The hotel had too many functions in the lobby and karaoke on the 3rd floor that I could hear from the 5th floor.

Staff were exceptional - we arrived late and receptionist went above and beyond the call of duty in securing food for us.. Very good value for money. Good breakfast. Good location for the airport.

Pool and gym appeared to be closed for maintenance.

Rooms were tidy and the concierge and housekeeping staff were friendly on arrival and departure.

Booked via booking.com and tried to communicate using the message option via booking. However, they expected us to post all our requests through their website separately. All other hotels were willing and helpful I'm responding via the Booking.com portal. Also, the corridors didn't have much lighting at night time. Location was also difficult for accessible to city centre.

My friend and I have a great time here. Receptionist Emily, and bellman Peter are super helpful and welcoming!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean

Location was a bit far away from the city. Housekeeping was making a lot of noise early in the mornings in the hallway. No gluten free bread at breakfast, even we asked. We ate at the restaurant twice and both times the bill was brought to us while we were eating. Both timesI would have liked to order dessert but the bill was already brought during the main courses so I didn't order desserts.
