Breakfast is nice. They make you pho or an omelette at your request, and it is included in the hotel.

-Lukewarm showers -Sheets not clean enough -Noise at night from trains and from other rooms/hallway as the doors and walls are thin -Mosquitos all over my room. Never opened windows. -Staff trying to con me out of extra money for a ride to the airport

We ended up not staying with eco hotel, the room was not ready and was not clean when we checked in. We were also asked to go to different hotel that they own and asked to pay 40 dollar more per night.

Like nothing about it. Demanding refund for this hotel

Location was great. Overall staff was friendly but didnt provide explanation for moving us.

Was redirected to another sister hotel, Eco Luxury, which youd think would be nicer, without explanation. Room was not at all like that in photos (not nearly as modern or as nice). Typically wouldnt care about this but given the price, you can do better

Beds were soft

Was charged for a 4 star hotel but gym was under maintenance and that was the reason the hotel was booked. Water pressure was low and shampoos were half used. Also the towel was dirty and I didnt realize it until after I used it. Overpriced.

They are mentioned 4 star but it looks below 2.5 star.

Within walking distance of hoan kiem lake in a more quiet location and also within 30 min walk of most of the cultural sites.

I liked everything about the property.

Perfect location, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

The walls were quite thin, so you could hear what was going on in every room next and above you. Also the quality of the internet was not ideal for video calls.

When entering the Lobby a distinct damp smell was present, The bathroom had a leaking bath and also a leaking toilet hose and broken Toilet seat in the other bathroom ( See Pics), the bathroom size was only 10 inches bigger than the bath itself. The television did not work in the room also. the settee in the family room had not been wiped down in a long time( it was leather) and my partner cleaned it before using it and the dirt that came off was incredible, we would not sit on it without using a towel.Staff where incredible rude with no acknowledgment or good morning, upon booking out they used a calculate that i could not believe was so thick with dirty around the keys. I was charged 3 % for using a credit card which i have never experienced in a Hotel before.Breakfast was very poor with eggs being pre cooked and placed in a ban marie , I have not experienced any Hotel who did not have some kind of egg station for poached, scrambled etc made for you. To summaries the staff of the Hotel is clear they have given up as there is no effort and I would suggest by the managers attitude this is based on neglect and no investment in Broken items . Laundry new and old was left in the Hall ways for hours every day ( see pic) which is a huge hazard in form of the fire exits.This is no way a 4 star hotel, I would suggest good 2 star or poor 3 star, I have never felt compelled to post pictures on a review but the Hotel was so poor i feel I should to warn others

Central location and reception staff is worth mentioning.

Air-conditioning was turning on by itself even though I turned it off.Blinds don't roll up for day light and window was jammed shut.Tv has no reception, no channels were available.Wifi was touch and go, no data reception most of the time.Bathroom was average, most of the sealants around the shower and surrounds had peeled off, requires renovation all round.Overall the room was run down with obvious touch ups on the walls and cupboard doors giving it a very cheap look.

Convenient location, it’s near the train market and the Old Quarter.The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were helpful.It’s not so loud despite being close to the railway.

There was no bathtub at least in my room, but the shower was nice

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and a taste of local flavor. A short walk to beer street and a perfect hotel to explore Old Quarter.

Misleading and disappointing

On Booking.com, Bonne Nuit Hotel & Spa rated itself as a four star hotel as if, it’s comparable to Sheraton Hotel status which is completely misleading us. It’s just a simple hotel & not a hotel & spa. We found the hotel’s pictures posted on Booking.com are inaccurate and deceitful according to our experience. Everything from doors to bedding and bathroom’s features are utterly outdated and in a very poor condition. For example the safety lock of one of our room’s door didn’t function. The bathroom’s curtain was torn and unhygienic condition. The toilet seat was broken. And there were molds everywhere from shower caps to washing basins etc. We highly recommend Booking.com to control the star rating of Bonne Nuit Hotel and its pictures posted on Booking.com.

Staff friendly

The room is dirty, seem like they have cleanliness problem like comments from other customers . Need to pay attention to details and all the corners of the room and make it clean please.

Close to train street experience and local shopping. Great restaurants close by.Lift to 7th floor excellent, breakfast included and staff very friendly.

The room didn’t look like the photos, it was looking a bit tired now. Stains on curtains, dirt on floor beside bed, The bathroom towels were old and worn.Room was Very close to train line.

Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Walking distance to old quarter. Easy to find hotel with easy road side parking. I drove my car there and the neighbourhood is safe.

Simple with little choice

Lobby was congested by backpackers loitering at the lobby and

the location is very good, near to a lot of attractions and good food
