Hotel Emerald Waters Classy

An exceptionally positive introduction to Hanoi and Vietnamese hospitality. Staff were professional , personable and provided reliable advice on neighbourhood , eSIM and culture . The restaurant Gia Ngu was stellar . Breakfasts will be difficult to match on remainder of this trip . Supper was presented as visual and sumptuous taste treat. Exceptional service in hotel and restaurant. Very comfortable room .

The location in the old quarter was perfect. The service was incredible. The restaurant downstairs served great meals at reasonable prices.

I booked a king bed for the first night and they gave us a double which was tiny for my husband but they fixed it the second night.

Staff his friendly and professional. The hotel is close to every tourist attraction. Very good breakfast. The room are clean and good size. It is a great value and highly recommended..

Cooperation and availability of staff was excellent. They were very aware of where to exchange local currency and went out of way to get some medicines, keep luggage while travelling and general cooperation on everything. Very positive staff and eager to help and make your stay comfortable

Breakfast can be much better as options were limited.

Great location, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Laundry service was reasonable and quick. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Room is small but knew that would be the case.

Room was very big , we stayed in family connecting room once and also two separate rooms. Room came with Balcony as well and the bathrooms were big. Very nice and humble staffs , breakfast was good as well. It was a buffet including fruits, breads, sticky rice, noodles, coffee and tea with eggs and Pho can be ordered on top.

We were only there for one night. We reached in the evening and left for Sapa early morning. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They packed us a to-go breakfast as we were leaving early and couldnt have the buffet breakfast.

Amazing hospitality and care throughout our short stay. The staff here has been extremely kind and helpful. My husband, brother and I stay comfortably in a family suite that was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely come back and stay again! We ended up leaving a used luggage behind after purchasing a new one. A staff member informed us the hotel donates these types of items to communities in need, which was something we thought was very kind.

The staff was the best part of my experience. They were so nice and accommodating. Location was great and the amenities were also good. They booked a trip to Halong Bay for me. I loved it!

The entire staff was fully committed to making our trip perfect. The room was lovely and very clean. The team took great care to inform us on the best places to shop and tour. Ms. Jennie was very helpful in finding our tours even after we had checked out.

I was missing a small lamp in my room and it was also quite noisy on the 2nd floor. I could hear the staff & construction works

The hotel is right near the busy areas of the Old Quarter, but the block it’s on is actually pretty quiet. Easy to walk everywhere, but no chaos at your front door. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful. We had an early morning departure for the train, and they prepared a to-go breakfast for us. We also booked a day trip to Ha Long Bay with them, which was super easy. Overall it was comfortable, convenient and it felt like a good choice if you want to be in the middle of all the action.

The rooms are definitely a little more rundown than the photos make it look. Everything worked, but water from the shower would escape and pool up next to the toilet. The bed was a little thin and firm. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable, but nothing to write home about.

I had a very nice stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism truly made my experience memorable.

Unfortunately, the room did not have an exterior window, so I wasn’t able to refresh the air, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is amazing! Our room was clean and comfortable. The area is very convenient. We would definitely come back.
