We got a free room upgrade, to the upper floor and to a room with a balcony!

The drain was outside of the shower, so when showering the bathroom floor got all wet

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was fab! Great location too.

Room needs refreshing along with the bathroom.

Clean rooms, bad bed

Rooms are clean, location is good, staff is friendly but the bed we slept in was uncomfortable. The breakfast is good!

Perfect stay and super helpful with everything. Even let us store our luggage while we went to ha long bay and then helped us get our bus to Sa pa. Super helpful and overall great stay!

Extreme value for money. Kind and helpful staff. Made to feel safe and comfortable with family. Lovely chef and a la carte breakfast. Overall gave a cozy feeling at reasonable prices. Staff was greatly helpful in advising and booking of day tours.

Small issue being that there are few meat shops right outside the hotel entrance. But good thing is that they maintain it hygiene and is cleared by mid day.

great location. everything is walking distance. There's always a staff in the lobby even late at night.

Its easy to be missed as it's in a side street. The sign doesn't stand out

Amazing and comfortable accomodation in the heart of Hanoi. Close walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and surroundings. Staff spoke excellent English and were very kind and attentive. We were always greeted and asked how our day was and helped us organise a food tour and transfers to the airport. Would definitely recommend to stay here in Hanoi

The street that the hotel is on has a market along it- didnt bother us as we thought it was interesting to walk past it. But just to note it can be busy along that street and cars and buses cant park right outside the hotel

Location is perfect in the old quarter near eateries, markets and attractions. The front counter staff are very courteous, helpful and welcoming at our arrival. We booked a day trip with the hotel and were satisfied. The breakfast is plenty and the chef did a great job. We had a premium twin bed room with windows, It was clean and quiet. All in all, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay for 5 nights, Will stay again if we return to Hanoi.

Its in an alley street which can make it a little difficult to find but we soon realized that being on a side street was great for reducing the traffic noise, you can barely hear it. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast is great here.

Basic rooms, nothing fancy, but still good value.

Location was pretty central and you get a glimpse of daily market life right at the front door of the hotel in the mornings. Hotel room was quite comfortable with a desktop in the room which was a surprise.

A little bit inconvenient in terms of lugging luggage as the hotel is on a narrow street not accessible by car. Bed and pillow was too flat for my liking. Breakfast was so so..

Great room, great location, great staff, great place to stay.

Third time at this hotel and have no desire to stay anywhere else. Great location, rooms are just what is needed, really helpful staff and a great breakfast each day.

Few minutes walk from the city center. The hotel can be compared with others in Hanoi in same price range, nothing special. They kept our luggage for a few days, which was nice and appreciated.

Old furniture, old room, old sanitary group. A strange smell in the room.

The hotel is in a prime location and provides quickly, easy access to important food joints and sights like Sword Lake.The staff was very helpful and courteous. They went over and above to provide help in arranging cabs and connecting with local tour guides. I definitely recommend this property for its service and value for money.
