The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Offered a wide variety of food and juices! The location is about a 20 minute taxi ride to center of town, so it wasn¿t too bad. Thank you!

I suggest to have the shampoo, conditioner & shampoo gel to be installed on the wall as individual dispensers. These would save the company money, environmentally friendly by not using those mini plastic containers & avoid wasting the leftover liquid in the container.

Nice hotel with all the facilities of a big hotel - large buffet breakfast, well equipped rooms, English speaking and accessible staff. Fully worth the rate, which was quite affordable. We stayed overnight and was picked up for our Halong Bay cruise in the morning.

The male trainee receptionist with the glasses was super super helpful and nice!! He recommended us things to do as well as help me make birthday plans for my partner which made our stay very pleasant and welcoming :)Other than that, the indoor pool was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Overall recommend staying here!

0 star hotel with worst staff

From rude and unfriendly staff to not having enough toiletries in the bathroom. Not one single thing about this hotel was worth the money. No one will show you the room, have to fend for yourself and look for it. At this price I would expect better service. Then we had to ring the reception to get our bags. It is oone of the worst hotels ever. Do not stay here.

Good breakfast, freshly made omelette. Front desk was very welcoming, and helpful. Had dinner too which was tasty, but was surprised so few people in the restaurant.

I already mailed you last night that the staff is highly unprofessional the room was really dirty specifically the washroom WC was overflowing with pee. After a heavy discussion when we were able to check in the room at 2.15 am staying at the hotel lobby for like more than 2 hours because of a confusion which they had we could find that the AC of the room was not working and we had to complain for that also. A technician came at 2.45 am to fix the AC which he still couldn't so had a bad night overall. One word for this Hotel is Pathetic. Now to a new surprise the guy at the reception charged 100 US Dollars from us at the night when we asked for the bill it was mentioned 90.82 US Dollars when I insisted for a refund the staff were making faces as if I have committed a crime. Never ever visited a 5 star hotel like this in my entire life this is ridiculous.

Clean, decent breakfast (eggs made as requested and the cappuccinos were excellent) good pool and gym. Hotel is in a quieter location but easy to get to the old quarter. Staff were fantastic.

Gym was a little warm at times.
