Some autos not the same thing on the picture looks and when you book the hotel and you’re gonna be surprised

Friendly English-speaking front desk staff. The room is tidy and clean. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast varieties quite lacking. The scrambled eggs I ordered are a bit bland.

Very poor

There was building works that went on until 10:30pm. Couldn't sleep. The banging & sawing was so loud! No apologies from the hotel regarding the noise

The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful, although night staff and day staff did not always communicate with each other. Two staff spoke some English, the rest did not and we relied on translate phone app. I liked the location. ATM, convenience stores were close. Only two restaurants in the area, altho there were many coffee shops.

It was a very nice hotel but it was too far away from city center for tour pick-up. I really liked this hotel.

clean , nice breakfast

Very noisy from early morning. there was construction outside . they kept making noise from early morning. I couldn’t sleep . I have been here several times but they never stop making noise.also had mosquitos in the rooms

Our room was clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Near hotel You will get markets, apothek and even nice park.

Staff, unfortunately, did not speak English, but with the help of Google translate, we were able to communicate and solve any question we had.

very clean and new hotel, close to local markets, shops, cafes and large park + museum all in walking distance. very friendly and enthusiastic staff, always smiling and we’re loving to my baby.

not the properties fault but quite common in Vietnam, there is construction going on next door.. every morning there was banging and drilling which felt like it was right in the other side of the wall

good value, good lobby, good room facilities

breakfast not prepared well. 830am there is not much left. bed frame is noisy

The hotel was pretty clean.

Unfortunately, the personnel speaks very poor English so it was difficult to communicate and, in my personal opinion, if you work in a hotel you should be able to communicate in English easily. The other thing is that in my room windows had walls in front of them, so why did they even bother to build the windows. It was just a waste of plastic and glass. And the worst part was breakfast. Very little choice of products, tomatoes without taste and the main villain - beacon. It felt like chewing the gum. At least it was possible to order some scrambled eggs, omelette or noodles. In general, I do not recommend this place.

The breakfast and the room was good. The Room check in was quick. There were restaurants close by even though these were only Vietnamese. The area was quiet.

There could have been a few western restaurants and the place needs to have an in house restaurant. Not much options available in terms of entertainment and the place is quite far off from the airport so what you save on the room goes up poof in travel.

front counter staff was helpful and nice, and even gave me a stalk of rose upon check in!

cleanliness could be improved - pillows had hair which I found a little disturbing. house keeping rings the bell twice at 8.30am to try and make up your room.

Nice, clean room, nice location.

exhaust fan and door ring.
