Halais Hotel

Halais's staff was very helpful during out stay. They were very friendly and gave us useful information about Vietnam. To Rose and the rest of the team who in charge on our stay, thank you so much. I will go back to Halais when visit Vietnam again.What you see from pic = real. The location was great. Near to train street, cathedral, foods. The room was huge and clean. The amenities were complete and good.

Too noisy. Not just the street. The staff dragged furniture on the floor on top of mine AT 6 AM!The breakfast is mediocre. Just a choice of coffee. Few options of food.

The room had a window blocked by a massive bed wall, not an issue for me as I stayed only one night and got more than I expected for just £15

Clean, amazing people in charge

Thin walls and windows: we had to sleep in earplugs to sleep at all, consider really loud streets. Also, Construction work was happening inside the hotel in the midnight. Relatively poor breakfast.

Century located, staff were efficient and warm and helpful, rooms were comfortable and a very generous breakfast.

Daily breakfast offers the same menu. I noticed that under the bed is dusty when I am looking for a misplaced item. Some people are sensitive to dusts.

I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends because it owns central location and reasonable price. My stay is overall good experience with friendly staff and clean, spacious room with good facilities.

Big room with city view on high floor. Coffee shop on 1 st floor is good quality and crowded. Breakfast is good and staff helpful

One of our rooms was clean and had good amenities. Location is great for exploring Hanoi. Highland coffee located next to foyer if required.

One room of the two we booked had a poorly operating AC unit which was not enacted upon when we complained. That room had a strong stench from the bathroom which was also not dealt with. Cleaning staff entered our room without knocking on multiple occasions while we were still present.

Good location next to a nice park and lake. Very friendly staff. Nice rooftop for breakfast and views. Decent breakfast options. Spacious rooms. Very hot shower. Highlands Coffee shares the ground floor with the hotel reception.

My stay at Halais Hotel was truly exceptional, and I can't say enough good things about Hannah, the receptionist. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Not only was she incredibly cooperative and friendly, but she also provided me with valuable information about Hanoi city, which greatly enhanced my experience. The combination of excellent service and a knowledgeable staff member like Hannah makes Halais Hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hanoi.
