The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Rosie helped us in accommodating excursions and booking for our entire visit and went the extra mile to make sure our trip to Vietnam was the best it could be!

Short version. Great stay. Clean rooms. Super attentive staff. Would stay here again for sure.Longer version. Our family of four just got back from a week long vacation to northern Vietnam. We had an idea of what we wanted to do but no firm plans. We had one night booked at The Hanoi E Central. When we got there we talked to Rosie. She was super helpful and quite expertly put an itinerary together for us based on our time availability and what we wanted to do. Two days in we were in Sapa and we all got ill. Our son was so ill we were seriously worried. We weren’t sure of the medical landscape in Vietnam and specifically in Sapa. We contacted Rosie and she rearranged our transportation to arrive back to Hanoi early and setup us up with a hospital visit. She was a life safer. Really went above and beyond what could reasonably expected from a travel coordinator.Mike, who handled all our luggage multiple times, was also another standout. He was so courteous and helpful. Rest of the staff were very good as well. All very eager to assist.As previously stated, we would stay here again

Excellent staff and customer service, clean well-appointed room, great location and good breakfast. Blackout shades and solid construction which blocked out noise even though on busy street. Large, clean bedroom and bathroom.

No complaints as we had an enjoyable stay, but just a heads up that for people who are mobility impaired, the first set of stairs from the street may be a challenge. Check with the hotel if the elevator reaches the ground floor.

The property was very nice, stuff was excellent and very helpful. We stayed here only for one night but we had a very good time in here. Location is good, a lot of roof top bars in the area, as well as good places to eat.

Very close to the lake. Inside old quarter. Plenty of access to transportation right outside the hotel. Close the the local markets.

No elevators going to 8th and 9th floor.

It was a really pleasent stay at hotel. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake. The apartman was very cozy and beautiful, and the breakfast delicious ? The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They served us welcome drinks and fruits, and gave us small goodbye gift - vietnamese magnets. I would highly reccomend this place!

First, as most travelers in Vietnam know, there is a fair amount of coercion to leave a Good review...... Please note that this review is given without being "coerced" Best hotel experience in Vietnam. Rosie and the "crew" at the hotel we're extremely attentive and helpful the entire stay. They were genuine and friendly and thoughtful. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast was good, but the most important thing to me and my family was that we just enjoyed the interactions with the hotel Staff.......they honestly made our final time in Vietnam comfortable and memorable

It has a very nice small boutique hotel feeling. The buffet breakfast was good but you could also order from a menu. All staff were above board specially Rosie who coordinated all our tours/logistics even on her day off.

Great stay, Rosie was very helpful! Right in the center of the city but wasn’t noisy in our room at all. Very clean & comfortable

The location was excellent in the old quarter. Walkable to many shops, massages, coffee, restaurants and sights to see. The staff was very friendly, helpful and enjoyable to spend time with. They accommodated our bags when we left Hanoi for a night, as well as luggage that arrived from the airport before we arrived at the hotel.

The wifi had issues connecting for one night.

It was central so the location was great. Everything was very nearby. The staff was also very kind and ready to help you with everything. Even when we were leaving they helped us with the luggage and waited till we left. It’s a boutique hotel with a small place for the breakfast, but it’s enough.

The bed was not that great, but for the price it was ok.

Heidi and Rosie were some of the best hosts we have ever come across.. From the time we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even sharing restaurant and sightseeing suggestions proactively. We loved the really cute souvenir as well. Would love to visit again :)

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Besides helping us with the accommodation, they also checked in with us on our itinerary and provided suggestions on transport and bookings. When we had any queries, they provided us with responses readily. Even though we were there only for 1 night, they helped us with transport booking from the airport and the day after to our next destination. Thank you Rosie and team for the wonderful experience!

She was extremely informative and made our stay in Hanoi even more enjoyable.A special mention also goes to Mr. Dinh Van, the bell boy, who was always cheerful, courteous, and very helpful with our luggage. His positive attitude truly added to the experience.The hotel itself is centrally located, convenient for exploring the city, and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

The rooms feel a bit dated and the bathroom showers could be better as the pressure was comparatively low.

Great location, just a short walk to the main downtown area. Easy access to street food, entertainment, and local night light.Decent room and decently comfortable accommodations. Very nice breakfast included in the cost of lodging with an assortment of Asian and Western food items and a-la-carte options. Front desk staff were helpful in answering questions and proving help in getting local transportation.

Bed linens seem old and dingy. Room was smaller than expected with hardly room to move around as the bed takes up most of the space. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean and there black mold on the grout and caulking in the shower. Photos on the website don’t seem current and make the establishment appear nicer than it is.
