The location was amazing and very convenient to explore the city on foot. The room was large and spacious. It felt like a suite. The bathroom was also quite large and the facilities were clean. The staff were very welcoming.

Woman at the front desk who spoke great english was incredibly accommodating. She took every effort to make our stay seamless and offered to help on many occasions.

Breakfast and location were good. The staff was excellent and helped us with storing our bags and arranging transport. Lauren was especially helpful and spoke fluent English.

The rooms could have been a little nicer including the very small showers. Also, the Wifi networks were quite slow.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ja Cosmo during our recent visit to Hanoi. Situated in the old quarter, everything of our interest was easily accessible if not walkable. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the city. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was well equipped. It was cleaned everyday and the minibar was regularly refilled. Breakfast had a good variety of ready and 'to order' dishes. We enjoyed it so much that we had to be conscious not to overeat. My kid loved the pancakes but was particularly fond of the noodles and he is a fussy eater. But that is all very normal. What sets this place apart is the staff. I have never experienced this kind genuine care and warmth anywhere else before. They are a bunch of very nice people who are great at what they do. Everyone from housekeeping, the kitchen and the front desk was just so pleasant and welcoming. Shout out to Vivian, Andrew and Jimmy for the great work you are doing, it made a big difference for us.

We had a hard time getting the settings right on the AC and the light switches took some figuring out, but I am really nitpicking here.

Good clean property with nice rooms. It was clean and in an excellent location. The staff was super helpful.

Stayed for 4 nights and everything was exceptional. Rooms were clean and spacious, comfy beds and clean bathrooms with daily room service. The highlight of our stay was Vivane. She guided us about Hanoi and local tours and was extremely friendly and kind with kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast options were limited, and they can do better with BF, though ala Carte BF option was a steal. We enjoyed Fresh Veggie pho and crepes every morning.

Our stay at the Ja Cosmo was simply perfect! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. The room and entire hotel were not only spotless but also incredibly cozy. The highlight, though, was the breakfast. It was clear they take pride in it, with a fantastic spread that included a perfect blend of western and eastern foods. Every bite was deliciously amazing !

It appears that the staff is aware of the temperature issue, as the room was already equipped with an air cooler and an electric fan. but still the temperature room was at 30 degrees celcius. We called the staffs several times but couldn’t fix the problem. They offered a small room to transfer some of our group. But the other people of our group stayed in that very hot room because they said they were completely booked. Staffs tried to compensate the inconvenience with 2 gifts cafe trung nguyen coffee on our check out.

Very happy that we could communicate with the staff since we have a baby and they accommodated our crib request. The family room was lovely. The location is the biggest point as well!
