Hong Ngoc Cochinchine Boutique Hotel & Spa

Front Desk Staff spoke English!

Room I was assigned had a very poor view.

Breakfast was awesome. Delicious. Choice of fruits, pastries, eggs

Can't fault the hotel. Staff were all SO helpful and friendly

Nice location and the staff were really nice! Breakfast was decent as well

Nothing I didn’t not like but just not the best place I’ve stayed

A lovely large room, with table and sofa, and a really nice bathroom. This was a great base for my visit to Hanoi as the hotel is within walking distance of shops and the old quarter as well as the lake.

Pleasant spacious room. Faced the road so a little noisy. Very comfortable

Noise from outside traffic

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were travelling in a group and the staff handled our logistical requirements extremely well. My room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The complimentary fruit was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent too.

I have no complaints. Very happy.

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. They are the highlight of the hotel.Breakfast was fine.

Very poor noise isolation between rooms, you hear everything. I got people checking out at 6am, cleaning ladies making noise at 9am and probably people checking in at 4pm. I was jetlagged and basically couldn't rest neither in night or in day.Kinda didn't like being asked to give 10 stars review without asking first if I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly efficient staff, especially Simon (takes one to purchase a Viet Sim card), Harry and Fiona on reception. Room was immaculate and well equipped.

Staff were brilliant. Bar and restaurant were great. Location couldn’t be better for us - away from the bedlam but central to all areas.

Close to the old quarter, and other sight seeing locations in Hanoi. Staff were fantastic to deal with. Bed was comfy, and room was clean.

Friendliest staff of my whole Vietnam trip. Very professional. Bathroom was great. Clean rooms.

The buffet breakfast was just ok. The queen bed was also 2 singles pushed together.

Very helpful staff, large rooms with balchony and cemlose to old quarter.

Somewhat hard beds. The breakfast buffet lacked good options for european breakfast selection. The hot dishes had been sitting too long.

Nice room on 7th floor, comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of space

Breakfast buffet was okay but nothing special

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had good options and the restaurant menu was delicious!

Great location, friendly service, comfortable room

Staff were incredibly polite and helpful at all times.

TV was possibly not working or at least not obvious how to work it. We did not ask for assistance, as it was not that important.

Location, spacious, clean room, very warm, kind and friendly staff.

Lovely and accommodating staff, big rooms, consistent water pressure.

The massage was terrible. The woman didn't use enough pressure and seemed distracted. The facilities could also use an upgrade.

Amazing hotel with large comfortable rooms. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of choices.

Nothing to add, no faults at all

Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is great. Highly appreciated the pick up service.

Some sound from street are noticeable. My toilet is leaking.
