Pros +
- The location was perfect. It is tucked in an alley so the noise was never an issue despite being in the center of everything. For the price, our experience was great!
- Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- We were able to check in early and were assisted with booking for river cruise and spa services. The staff decorated my room...it was my birthday...with rose petals, small pieces of bamboo to spell out words, and made a cake to sing happy birthday.
Cons -
- Did not try the breakfast. Elevator is small and there are stairs required in order to access some room, so people with limitations should be considering these access concerns.
- I wished hotel employee had been there each day, as she was most helpful!
