Splendid Star Grand Hotel and Spa

Very nice staff, good location.

The service is excellent

The staff is the best! So helpful!

The property was excellent. Room was big and clean. Mr Harry & Mr John is worth the appreciation ❤️

The location of the hotel was good, old down nearby, everything else easily reachable. Local places next to it. The showers had a good water pressure. The staff was welcoming.

Overall the pictures of the place looked a lot better than when arrived. During arrival the room temperature was cold (easily fixed with an AC).

Located in the heart of one of Hanoi vibrant alley in the middle of shops and restaurant. It is walking distance to various local sightseeing places but the further ones can be arranged by the reception: Hanoi bay; Mekong river. The room is designed with a separate bathroom shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed very comfortable and spacious, air conditioning in good working order and TV multimedia. The wifi network is very good with strong signal and reliable connectivity. The room was housekeeping daily: tidy, floor mopping, towel replaced, water bottle replenished and bathroom sanitized. The breakfast buffet offer a wide range dishes different taste and dietary "very pleasant." The atmosphere was welcoming, cordial and interactive "very agreeable." All personnel were forthcoming all the time: Door man entrance, receptionist and manger. I have a very nice stay.

Greta location, decent rooms and breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. recommended !

The pool is located on a nearby property, about a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. It’s quite small and can feel crowded with more than four people.

Great locationBig roomsLovely stuffNice breakfast

Perfect stay. Kimmie was a savior. Ryan and John were fantastic. Highly recommend.

My stay here was spectacular. It was a bit hard to find but when I called the facility, they sent someone to find me and walk to the hotel. Kimmie, was a welcomed sight. Helped me pick excisions and spa packages. My hot water was not working and she immediately reminded the situation. Breakfast was amazing. My excision was canceled because of the weather and Kimmie made sure I made it back same night safely. Jacky Hoi ensures a swift discharge and helped me arrange airport taxi services. Amazing person!

Location is nice. Gift given upon check out

Pictures are nicer than the property. Slightly run down and could be cleaner

The location was perfect, close to the lake in the Old Quarter. The staff were really wonderful and accommodating, they bent over backwards to help us and were extremely kind.
