Very nicely decorated, large rooms, nice water, pressure in shower. Lots of attention to detail. Great location, walking distance to everything in the old corner. The staff were amazing! Very polite and kind. The complementary breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was superb and the restaurant staff even made the morning meals superb. Special mention to the girl making good cappuccinos. We also ate lunch there and it’s very good and truly value for money.

We got a Grand Connecting Room - 501 and 502. Room 501 is an excellent room. Perfect. But the bathroom in Room 502 needs an upgrade. The hand shower holder is broken. The TV wasn’t working. I’m sure other rooms are fine.

Very nice and helpful staff, large room comfy beds, breakfast continental /Vietnamese. Had dinner one night and it was fantastic, they had to put the closed sign up as they were fully booked.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, good restaurant, closer shopping

All the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfasts were ample and quite good. I loved the coffee they served in the morning. The reception helped with getting information about Hanoi and answering my various questions.

Climbing into the bath to have a shower was quite dangerous especially for those with bad backs.

Great little hotel in a perfect location. Beds were comfy and room spacious for the old town.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Buffet breakfast was good and you could also order Pho, or omelette from a hot breakfast menu. The property was in a fantastic position in the old town.

Tv was not a smart TV - so no Netflix

The shower was leaking, resulting to a lot of water on the floor. A half dead cockroach was standing in the isle of the breakfast room which put me off from eating anything

The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water and good internet connection. Location is great, as well as isolation from noisy streets. Btw they use some beautiful perfume which makes it so refreshing every time you enter the hotel. Breakfast has tons of options.The staff speaks English perfectly and is happy to help with anything.

Great location in easy walking distance of great bars and restaurants. The room was a good size with a nice view. The breakfast was buffet style with a great selection to start the day.
