all famous local food is within walking distance. Rose and Alan very helpfull. They help us for tour and bus booking to Sapa, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. Will come back again.

Wonderful location and comfortable hotel. Allen was such a great host.

The hotel was conveniently located within the Hoan Kiem district, so everything was within walkable distance.

The room was a bit outdated, and we were able to see it had been under different names throughout the years. Air Conditioner was old and it took awhile to figure out the nuances of it. The shower door would slide open, so we used the trash can to keep it shut. We could also smell the sewage in the shower.

A cozy place in the old quarter close to many places. The hotel is situated in a street where the buses cannot pass through but is a couple of blocks from the main road so pickup for tours are not a problem. The staff speaks good English, is friendly, and is helpful with inquiries and requests. Our flight was around midnight and they let us leave our bags at the hotel even after checkout in the afternoon which allowed us to spend our last day to the fullest.

The staff was very accommodating and Alan and Rose was most helpful in all my requests. Especially booking trips and tips around town where to go for dinner and entertainment.

The hotel is located in the old town, very walkable.

The property is old and the bathroom is tiny. Since we are outside most of the time, we have no problem with the space. Besides the staff are so friendly and helpful, we will stay here again if we are back to Hanoi.

The noise: the earplugs provided fell off easily. The pillows are too big & hard

everything was perfect

I want to give a special shout out to Rose and her coworker (sorry, im forgetting his name), they were absolutely amazing hosts, always greeting us by name and going out of their way to make us feel welcomed and warmed. I was traveling with my mom and they were incredible hosts and helped make such a great first impression. When I had to leave early, I 1000% trusted Rose to help make sure my mom got on safely to her next destination.

The location is very good and close to a lot of places you want to visit.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. It was quiet despite being on a busy road. The staff were friendly and helpful and very lovely especially Mr Alan and Miss Rose ? I would stay here again as it very well located in the old quarter and you can even order a taxi to pick you up from the airport to keep you safe.

Was a perfect place, the staff super friendly, they helped us to book a tour to Halong Bay, pretty awesome.

Was right in the middle of old town perfect for walking.

Room was a little dated but still comfortable, there is noise from outside. But it wasn’t too bad.
