Hanoi Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel & Spa

Hotel employee is very welcoming and accommodating and the room is great with a kettle and tea/coffee. Good location.

Staff was friendly and helpful!

Noise was a little much sometimes but usually quieted down by 11PM.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They accommodated our request to cancel the rest of our days booked in the hotel due to cockroach infestation in the hotel

We had to check out earlier than planned and find a different hotel because cockroach infestation was really bad. Room also noisy as we can hear noises from the hall, other rooms and bars outside

Wi Fi is not good.

Staff are kind and helpful. Location is excellent.

The location of the hotel is nice. Walking distance to the places around the old quarter. Thao is very friendly to us always asking how we are.

Hot water in shower, decent spacious rooms, convenient location.

Tiny bathroom, didn't have enough towels to match registered people in room and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Weak wifi. Only 1 key, so not convenient when traveling with group.

Location of the property is excellent near to the all streat and shops. staff is also very helpful for any infirmation, ready to serve you the best option for food and travelling

Excellent Location in the heart of Old Town. Great value in a spacious suite with all of the hotel amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodated our late check in. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in Old Quarter on a Saturday night.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of old quarter. It's just as nice as in the pictures and I loved how comfortable the bed was. The best part about the hotel was the 2 receptionists Mr.Justin and Ms. Thao. They were so friendly and accomodating. I spent 10 nights here and they were always greeting me and asking how i was. The first night I even asked to switch rooms due to the noise from across the street and they accomodated very nicely.

The only issue i had was with the bar across the street playing loud music at night. It ends around 10-11pm however some nights i wanted to sleep early and it wouldve been annoying. It would have been nice to know before booking, However, to make up for it, The hotel accomodated my request to switch rooms

Clean and spacious rooms right in the middle of Old Quarter. Staff is exceptional. Has AC.

We arrived 5 days before check in to drop off our bags until check in, and that was completely fine. When we came back to check in, we were being told we were upgraded to a suite room with balcony, which was very nice. The room was really big, and the bed and AC were comfortable. It is right in the center, so everything is around, but the noise from the party streets didn’t make it into our room.

Great location, helpful staffNo breakfast included, but plenty of places close to enjoy. We would return

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They organised a trip to Halong Bay for us as well as transfers to the airport. They organised a rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a few sundowners on the shared rooftop.

We were happy with our stay here so don’t have anything negative to add.

The place is near to restaurants, market ,shops and walking distance to the lake and train strret. The staffs are friendly, helpful and especially Tao assisted us to booked a limo van going to the Incence Village and airport. Our room was upgraded.

Property is located in the heart of old quarter, short walk to pretty much everything. Our also had a very nice view of old quarter.

A little noisy at night. But that’s what you get when you’re in heart of old quarter. Also, breakfast was located a block away in a backpackers hostel. But breakfast was very good.

The location is superb.. located at the old quarter, near weekend night market.

Hotel a bit old. Water pressure a bit low, need longer shower time.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Spacious room. Has elevator.

Facilities were very clean and accommodating. Canceled my reservation at another hotel to stay here. Staff was phenomenal and so incredibly kind and helpful

Staff was helpful with booking trips and cabs. Daisy helped us throught out our Ha Noi stay smoothly. Location was also good.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

The see through bathroom was challenging considering our group, but we made it work.
