Loved the windows and views from the hotel. Plus the staff were so kind and had lots of information! Very friendly in helping me book my airport transfer. Clean and light room. Comfy bed and English tv channels.

For me the snacks in the room were a lot but I can see that they would be helpful to tired hungry traveler who has just arrived.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Everyone was friendly. The location is great, really near to the lake.

Really recommend this hotel. I was here for only one night, but felt very safe. I arrived late night and then had a bit of a fiasco with my card when trying to make the payment. My pin wasnt working. I got really stressed but Thang at reception was very polite and helpful. I could pay the next day, but it's his attitude that gave me peace of mind. Ciara was there the next morning and she too was lovely and very nice to talk to. The hotel meets all the basic criteria and was overall a nice stay. 100% recommend.

The view was OK but not a real lake view as advertised.

This hotel is making fraudulent reviews on booking.com to boost its rating. The room was OK, but very old and did not match the rating or the price. The bathroom was moldy and the advertised lake view was a tiny sliver of lake in the distance.Worst of all, the staff repeatedly tried to sell us travel packages, and they tried to force us to make a review on booking.com as we were checking out. They opened up the review page on their phone and gave it to us and repeatedly asked us to rate the hotel while they were watching. The page was in Vietnamese. We politely refused, but they continued to persist - we had to forcefully walk away. Once we had left, they filled out the review anyway and gave themselves a perfect 5 star rating. We are editing that review now to warn future travellers.

Location really good which is central and near to every sightseeing places. Staff also a bonus point when provided every tours we needed.

The room little bit small but for 1 night stay should be fine. The location is perfect which right next to the lake and surrounded by many stores. I use airport shuttle service and it worked smoothly for both ways. The driver is really friendly, the way from airport to hotel little bit expensive but it's for the waiting time so everything is fine.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff in a convenient location.

The room smelled mouldy, the bathroom was mouldy and the shower head fell off when the shower was running. You could see the room had damp issues. Was hassled numerous times to change review to a better score from previous stay. We had stayed 2 nights the previous week the stay was okay (different room). We only came back and stayed for 1 night as we were being picked up from this hotel early next morning by a tour company that was previously arranged. You don't give someone a worse room and expect a better review score!!

The location is located in the central and the staffs are best, especially Ciara and Chamber

The Hotel is very central to all attractions in Hanoi.The staff are amazing and do everything to make you stay a Happy one.

Even though this place is central and a great location with fantastic staff it needs much work into the rooms they are run down on all levels, mold issues, power points hanging off the wall and Poorly fitted bathroom fittings.This is a job for the owner of the property and not the staff as they are amazing.

The hotel was in the perfect location for exploring the old quarter. There were tons of shops and restaurants nearby and everything was easily accessible.The staff at the hotel are what made this stay so memorable. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. My partner got sick on our trip and they were very kind to us and offered to help us in any way they could. Would definitely stay here again!

Great owners! They were very welcoming and friendly. One time, I brought noodles from the nearby food stall. When the the lady owner saw it, she asked if I have a bowl to use. It was a small gesture but highly appreciated.The room was clean, as well, as the bathroom. There is a closet, kettle, and fridge. The bed is large and comfy. Wi-fi works well.Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend this hotel.

The service is amazing from start to end. Staff are more than willing to provide suggestions on what to do and where to go in Hanoi. The hotel is near many famous attractions in Hanoi. There are quite a few local food options near the hotel as well. Bed is really comfortable! Overall it’s a great (and affordable) place to stay in Hanoi.

We came for one night before going on a Ha Long bay cruise, and we were welcomed with open arms. Ciara was on top of everything, we never had to lift a finger, our room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

This hotel is located 2 minutes walking from Hoan Kiem Lake which is ideal. The staff is so friendly and helpful, always taking care of your every need. Breakfast can be added and is well worth it. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. There is a rooftop bar where you can see the city of Hanoi from above, a great way to end a busy day of sightseeing.

The reception staff were fantastic. Ciara went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, including going to a lot of effort to return some money to us that we forgot to collect. The location is excellent for the old town

All in all a fantastic stay at this hotel. They are very service minded and really doing the outmost for you to have a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. There are only a single con I can think of. We were living at the 8th floor, just below the restaurant and could clearly hear when chairs where being moved or a fork being dropped.

Beautiful and clean. Excellent views of the lake in a top location in the old town. Good value for money. Definitely recommend!!!
