Hanoi Street Hotel

Very good value hotel, small hotel but rooms are big and clean. We had a nice view and a big room, would stay here again!!

The location was great, close to everything and with a lot of eating options in the street. Staff were super friendly!

The room is very dark, cold and humid. It doesn't look like in the pictures. There is a big tree in front of the windows, so no natural light, even on sunny day. At night, it was very cold and the aircon didn't really work on heater, so not confortable at all.It is noisy indeed, but more because of the people inside of the hotel.

The staff was great and it was close to everything.

The room was too warm and the AC was not working. I was some reaction to the bed sheets where I was up most of the night sweaty and itchy. I have no idea where the reaction was coming from. It is also in an area though close to everything, but it was filled with restaurants and was always busy and loud even at 3am. The breakfast was not matched well. You could get one item from a list, for example, a cinnamon roll or pho. Does not seem like equal items.

Location, breakfast, bed, personell. I fully recommend this place!

I did not like the fact that my shower cabin had some hole and flooded my bathroon floor. I forgot to mention this to the staff.

Wonderful Staff. They also gave a 10 percent discount at their quaint "Fika" swedish Coffee House.The Salted Coffee is to die for.Location was great, right around the corner from the famous Train Street!Was a rather enjoyable stay!!THanks.

Location was also on a rather busy outdoor restaurant, so bring Ear Plugs if you wanna sleep.

Everything about this hotel is a class. I didn't know the train street is at the other side of the hotel,! The staff is accomodating, . Im going to book this again next year

This hotel was probably my favorite part of my stay in Hanoi.Staff were so kind, I was greeted every time I passed the reception desk ensuring such a welcoming stay.On arrival, Quien coordinated with my airport transfer to meet me and help bring my luggage inside. A gesture I appreciated as I was unfamiliar with the rules of Hanoi traffic on my first day!The room and hotel was exceptionally clean. Within a few steps of the entrance you have a mix of modern cafes or traditional Vietnamese restaurants at very affordable prices. Train Street is within minutes walking but located behind the neighborhood ensuring you avoid any busyness /noise.I easily walked to the city centre daily to visit many touristic attractions like the Note cafe, the lake, shows, old quarter etc. Staff were so accommodating at extending my stay after I commenced my booking. The mini fridge was stocked with ice cold water which was heavenly after long hot days touring around. The prices for the mini fridge were extremely affordable also!

The only downsides for me were the cash payment for the hotel (a trend across Vietnam) but overall I really recommend this hotel. Also there could be a shelf in the shower to easily grab shampoos etc. instead of on the floor.

Super friendly and helpful staff. One of the breakfast highlights? Their amazing homemade cinnamon rolls! The hotel is right in the middle of the food market area, and just a few steps away from the famous Hanoi Train Street. You’re also really close to the lively shopping streets.

The bathroom was a bit old-school by Western standards, but everything worked just fine and it did the job!

The staff were impeccable, especially when I forgot my work backpack outside and they secured it for me...The room, although dated and lacking soundproofing, still met expectations. Good old earplugs solve it!With its convenient location, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, a fridge, hairdryer, and elevator access, this place is about as perfect as it gets!The breakfast is a good selection, and the cafe serves excellent coffee.There are so many restaurants around, it's great for foodies!

Beautiful staff. Lovely atmosphere, great location.Beds are a bit hard but no drama. Can be a bit noisy at times but that’s not the properties fault. Adds to the atmosphere.

The staff were fantastic, helpful as well as very friendly, and the Raspberry tea is amazing.

In what logic is No 1 in a street after 3, and 4?I really could not find this hotel, and the staff came out and found me.There are way to many steps in this building, so if anyone is in the slightest not fully able, you will face extreme difficulty in accessing your room.Clean. But the building is not well maintained.

This time my room was on the back of the building - quiet most if the day and night. The back rooms are smaller than the front rooms. I liked it. Nice staff.

Amazing staff! They were so friendly and welcoming!! Probably one of the friendlier stays during our trip in vietnam. They have a wonderful cafe downstairs to escape from the hustle and bustle of hanoi.

Room was not a comfortable as anticipated.

Location was good although difficult to find as it was in a pedestrianised area. Neither taxi driver or Google maps could clearly define it's location. Helpful staff.

Although the location was generally good with restaurants etc on it's doorstep, the evening could be noisy from the street. No safe deposit box.Mattress was like a block of hard foam.

it is so small, it was very cold - for 2 or 3 days it will be ok, lomger stay is to small2 rooms in one floor

Exceptional service from staff. The owner helped arrange tour services, providing many options to choose from. Staff were always friendly and eager to help with every request. I had an early flight leaving and was able to check out at 6:30am. A simple free breakfast is provided. Location was excellent. It’s on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants so it’s easy to pop down for a bite without the stress of crossing the motorcycle-filled roads. It’s close to train street and easily walkable to other central locations like Hoan Kiem lake.

Huge, clean room in a great location!! The street below is closed off to cars and has many restaurants.

Can be noisy at night with the bustling street below but we had ear plugs so it wasnt a problem.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely angelic, and they saw to our every need, helping us organize our wonderful stay in Hanoi. The breakfast every morning was fantastic along with the coffee as well.

The property is located off the main street in one of Hanoi’s many alleys which are filled with restaurants and shops. We ate several meals right near the hotel enjoying the fantastic local fair. You can’t go wrong with the Hanoi Street hotel.
