Easy to go to the old quarter

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was huge, very clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect —very close to everything, which made getting around so easy, and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

It just happened to be my birthday the day I checked in. The woman at the desk noticed it on my passport and wished me a happy birthday. Then later in the day they presented me with a lovely birthday cake to celebrate. I very much appreciated this and was quite touched by this amazing act of kindness. Overall, everything about this place was outstanding and I would highly recommend staying there.

We absolutely loved this place. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, housekeeping was great and breakfast was overly reliable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (and plan to). Five stars all the way!

Absolutely nothing!

Centrally located in the old town, considering the size of the room and facilities are a bit pricey.

The location of the hotel or the service attitude of the staff are very good, but the hotel gave me a smell in my room without windows.

Great location in the middle of Old Town, very close to Beer street, 5-10 min distance to lake. We booked via booking.com, it was cheaper than in person. We got room above the reception, we were afraid of that room, because wintow was just to reception area, but on the end of the day it was very good room. Good TV, with Netflix, large space. We booked trip to Ha Long bay right on desk next to reception.

Advised hotel several times we wanted a room with two beds—- got a room with one bed!

Perfect location, nice room, nice balcony.

Room was spacious with a nice balcony. Comfortable and we appreciated the mini bar. The hotel is well located in the old quarter and a quieter street. We were able to check in later around 1am and the hotel was able to send a car to pick us up at the airport. Staff were very friendly.

we arrived afternoon to the city, there were limited options, it seemed to be a good compromise .... it was a mistake!!!

DONT GO THERE !!! worn-out, dirty bollywood style "hotel"a very greedy swindler bad-faith swindler owner tried to rob us and a nice reception guy who tried to manage the situation and our complaint ....we had left !! AVOID !!! it a cheating !

Fantastic location, lovely staff and a quiet and spacious room

A pleasant hotel. There were two beds in the room. They're big enough. The bathroom is clean and pleasant. The hostel is located in the old center - it's quite noisy here. You can hear music from the next bar in the room until 11, plus the ventilation was very noisy. The room is quite dark, but there are two small windows. The staff was very friendly and helped with booking a bus to another city (the extra charge was not large). There is no common space in the hotel

When I paid for the room, taxes were included twice in the bill. I asked for a recount and it was done correctly. I don't think it was on purpose, but it wasn't pleasant. Be careful

The location was fantastic! The beds were really comfy and the room was very quiet, it was great value for money! The young lad who was on reception/night porter was very kind and helpful ?

Best Hostel! It's centrally located in the Old Quarter and nearby every major attraction. The dorm is neat & clean with every basic amenities. The staff is fantastic and very helpful, especially Linda. She helped me in planning everything about my trip. This was my second time staying with them!

Good location surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

The duvet cover was not on the duvet so we had to place that on ourselves- not sure if that was because it’s a hostel thing. The shower head was not great, the water sprayed everywhere but we were only there for the one night so didn’t bother us too much.
