Classyc Hotel Hang Thung

The people were always super friendly, approachable and helpful. They held my bags after my halong bay tour before heading to the airport, it was much appreciated!

The pool was very warm with no shade available

Staffs are very attentive and polite. Great service

Good location, good breakfast, very helpful staff, good value for money

Tiny room, tiny bathroom, not spacious as it looks on the photos on booking.com - we were very disappointed.

Thr staff was excellent!! Rooms were clean and location was easy walk to many attractions.Beds were very comfortable, hotel went out of their way to help with celebrating our wedding anniversary

The gym was in the basement, and was very dark and dingy

The staff were incredibly nice, polite and respectful. They went beyond my expectations to cater to my every need.

Water temperature in shower kept fluctuating.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

The fridge in the room wasn’t the coldest

EVERYTHING! Location was in walking distance to shops and ATM’s. Food was delicious (they have this salmon dip that I would love to find at home). The staff was friendly and helpful ( they were all so pretty too). We booked at the last minute but was able to get the duplex ( 5 stars on that experience ANY DAY). Beautiful facility and very accommodating. Restaurant and bar on the premises with a roof top view. Guest relations was even nice enough to help me interpret since they spoke both English and Vietnamese. 5 star property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was okay and the room was big and very clean. The location of the hotel was also very convenient! The doormen were always nice

The staff at the reception seemed very fake. She forced us to do a review in front of her. We didn‘t do it as she requested us to give a good review. I feel like most of the reviews might not be true. She always belittled us which made us feel very uncomfortable every time we walked past the reception! The pool was also very small and the machines in the fitness were broken. Didn‘t feel like a 4 star more like a 2 star. I feel like you can get much better hotels for this price

Location Location Location In the center of action, next to the old town, but yet Quite hotel!

The room didn't have windows, even if it says they do have, it is infact a tiny window facing a wall....strange

They were very nice. I went to Sapa before going to this hotel and became sick cause of the altitude. They really greeted me healing care. Got my room ready faster, asked me how I was when going down to the reception. They even got me ginger tea to my room! It felt comforting!

Not much, bed were comfy - room smelled nice - location was amazing!

Convenient location, friendly staff, & breakfast view. Room clean and wifi signal good.

Good location; nice breakfast

Cold pool

Good location and quiet rooms. Well equipped gym and nice rooftop pool. Staff were super helpful and enthusiastic. Breakfast spread was good. Chose to have dinner in the hotel on one night. Food took some time due to a large party. The staff were super apologetic.

EverythingEverything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with all necessary amenities provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout our stay.

Honestly, nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and the overall experience was very smooth and enjoyable.

Very clean and convenient location. Staff is super helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel in theold quarter.

Friendly staff, size of the room and fact it had a bathtub and a balconyVery good breakfast mixing western and local delicacies

+ Super central location+ Exceptionally friendly staff+ All wishes made beforehand were matched+ Good Breakfast+ One of the best hotels during our Vietnam trip

Very extensive breakfast with a nice view over the city. The room was clean.

The room was rather small for the price we paid. No nice view, very little window looking out at a wall. The poolbar was filthy, although it was not the weather for swimming, they could of have cleaned it.

The staff are very helpful. The hotel is spotless and modern. The meals are first rate.

Very clean , cleaned regularly with toiletries. Nice restaurant and bar and a gym .

Nothing really to complain about.
