Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel

The staff were very friendly and accommodating; they worked hard to make the guests' experience excellent. At times, it seemed the front desk/lobby may have been understaffed.

The hotel is a very good value and very comfortable. It is a solid 3-� star hotel: spacious and comfortable, but a little dated. It is on a small somewhat dirty street, not unusual for Hanoi.

The facilities are generally good and clean. Staffs are very friendly and welcome

However, during my stay, no staff came to clean my room, and the fridge was leaking water. I reported this issue to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, no one came to repair it

Small hotel complex ,convieniently located to the lake and local community, room was comfortable and QUIET! great help at all times from the staff.. roof top pool is great to take in views of the city.

Comfortable bed. Good selection at breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. In particular Ellie and Dan were great. Ellie gave me excellent local knowledge for shopping. They made the added difference to my experience. I would return here to stay again.

The staff were very nice during breakfast and at the front desk most of the time. We enjoyed being in a quieter place than old quarter.

First the room was mouldy and smelled very damp throughout and the pool was dirty this is something that is a common problem throughout the hotel. They need to update their ventilation system. It was quite unfortunate because they have clearly renovated and made the hotel look beautiful from the exterior. On the ceiling in lobby there is black mould. In the rooms the power disconnects when you aren’t in the room with your card to save electricity however this means the washroom remains wet and the air does not circulate leading to mould problem. We told front desk about this. Upon checkout they tried to make me give them 5 star review before we were allowed to check out, this was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I circumvented this high pressure by them by writing a message to the hotel rather than a review. I wanted to be able to be honest in the review as I booked this on booking but was mislead by fake reviews. If you google the hotel which I did afterward you will see the same feedback as I have just written on booking. I hope my honest review makes a difference. This was unfortunate because I wouldn’t normally write a negative review if it wasn’t required. For the price we payed I found a place in old quarter with no mould and similar facilities. They need to fix this matter. Overall I believe the staff are very kind and hope the hotel resolves this problem.

About a 20-30 minute walk from main city hub however we did not mind as it is easy to get taxis and easy to main hub of town. Blinds in bedroom get caught on wall but no big issue.

I stayed at Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel in Hanoi for 7 days and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely helpful, welcoming and very accommodating throughout the stay. Their attentiveness really stood out and made a difference.

However, there were several areas that could use improvement. The hotel wasn’t as close to local food spots as expected and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Despite daily housekeeping, the bed sheets were not changed during the entire stay, the bathroom mirror remained dirty and the bathtub drained poorly, making showers feel more like standing in a pool. The pool itself was extremely dirty on the day we arrived, with green water that looked unsafe for swimming.

Very clean, beautiful view from the pool. Great staff, Long & Dan were extremely helpful. The young ladies (I didn’t catch their names) were very helpful.

Great location near the lake and loads of restaurants and cafes. The small rooftop swimming pool is great for relaxing while taking in a fantastic view of the city from above. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is not bad. The staff, especially Vincent, was helpful and courteous. We went to Cat Ba for a couple of days, and they let us leave our suitcases with them before checking in, so we could travel light. I’d recommend getting a room with a view (as opposed to one without a window).Our room was fairly priced, and I enjoyed my stay here. I’d happily come back next time I visit Hanoi.

Barely acceptable for the high price, you can get better around for half of the cost

Had some several issues especially with the bathroom sewage, cleaning, some staff from the lobby wouldn’t speak English and the room’s wifi wasn’t working

Mimi was lovely. All the staff were. Good location. One room had a great view.

The other room had no view. That was disappointing.

The hotel sent me an email on the day we were travelling to Vietnam that they can't accommodate me because the room had electrical and plumbing problems, so I had to find an emergency accommodation. After that stress, they put us through, they rang me afterwards that my room was available, but I wanted to cancel, I had to pay cancellation fees. I copied their email that said the room had a problem and sent it to them....long story short. " Bad experience with this particular hotel".

the pool area was a welcome break after the heat of touring Hanoi but a serious lack of shade to relax up there.rooms were great and comfortable as was the bed and the bathroom was lovely too.

dining room for breakfast was in the basement and very hot.

Keisha was awesome was very supportive! We had an awesome stay, very friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful accomodation and very central with lots of restaurants, cafes and a pretty lake nearby. Huge recommendation!
