Legend Westlake Hotel

View of the lake and city

Hotel provides only one card key per room even though there's more than one guest per room

Room is so spacious and clean

Staff of receptionist at morning quiet aggressive

the room that we have is facing the lakeside with a balcony. its so quiet and clean and we enjoyed our 3 days there. all of the staff are very polite and hospitable and always there to guide us and recommended some places to explore, enjoy and not to be missed especial shoutout to Ngoc for special drinks everyday and most to Selina even after her duty she is responding to our messages...we will surely recommend it to our friends and family and looking forward to our next stay with them

no breakfast but restaurants and cafes are within the vicinity. no problem at all

The location was good and very convenient, making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.

Breakfast was acceptable, though the options were quite limited and could be improved.

Cleaning was good and staff were helpful. breakfast was included, but not worth the price paid.”

Wi-Fi was not working properly.”

Great location and spacious rooms

Very noisy - there is no sound proofing from the street noise

Good size room and good big bed with beautiful view

Even on the 10th floor, the noise from the street was very loud. No soundproofing at all The staff was not very helpful at the reception

:I like my room because it has large windows and a balcony with views of West Lake and Truc Bach Lake. However, the balcony door couldn’t be opened during our stay.

I was also disappointed with the breakfast policy — they insisted I go downstairs to register for an extra guest, even though we booked and paid for a room for two people.

Location is the only good thing bout this place. With such location it should be much better

Very noisy from both inside and outside of the hotel. Staff were really unfriendly and unprofessional. It was like staying in a motel from 20 years ago with such way treating customers.

Free parking, the breakfast has a very good pho, the cleaner was nice. The guys in the night shift and the breakfast was nice.I didn't like everything else. I had to extend my stay due to my work (remotely) but also the wifi is not secured and its password is 1-8.

It’s near the city and the value of the hotel

Gym was closed and swimming pool they told they were maintaining the pool and the gym .Limited food options in breakfast

Everything about the Hotel. Been there 6-7 times and always happy with the hotel quality.

Nothing really. Except that the guests should be careful not to drop anything under the bed or behind the bed. I did drop my Apple Pencil there into the crack, and it was impossible to get it out. But that was unfortunate, not the hotel's fault.

Breakfast was good, room was big, clean, good location

Need a renovation. There is something missing in every corner. Light by the bed, hanger, stummbling block from elevator to the lobby….

Great location with views over the lake. I was given an upgrade to a huge room so more than enough space. Thank you! Breakfast options are sufficient. I was given a packed breakfast when I needed to leave early one morning.

The bed is extremely hard. There were no bedside lamps or light switches, so very bright room light. Somewhat noisy from traffic.

Absolutely amazing- the view, the comfort, the service, the breakfast. Loved it.

Sauna would be a big plus. :)

Clean rooms and friendly reception staff

WiFi was bad. Room was large but basically appointed for the rate charged.

Location. View. Some rooms are excellent

No bar no restaurant. Undergoing renovations but not mentioned. Rooftop bar closed but not disclosed. One room the bed was harder than concrete. Upgrade was a pleasant surprise. No airport shuttle or taxi arrivals point. Busy main street.Staff excellent ?

A well located 4 star property with spacious room and bathroom. The property offers value for money. Staff are courteous and the service is good.

Breakfast buffet is repetitive, though good

Good location, nice staff , clean rooms, Only one thing I didn’t like it , check in time it’s late 2 pm ,
