The location is perfect because it’s near in everything. You can just walk.

The bathroom is so small. And the shower is also within the toilet so when I take a shower everything is wet..

the location was perfect and not noisy at night. the staff was very attentive and checked in if the stay was comfortable and addressed any issues promptly. the bed was comfortable and there was even washing machines and dryers for use on the 9th floor for free. it's just slightly outside of the walking street zone too so you won't get blocked getting to the hotel even on friday-sunday.

the toilet was a little small so you'd have to manoeuvre in it a little

The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing, doing their very best for our comfort. There is a very nice and clean loundry,where it is easy to wash, dry and iron your clothes!The situation of this hotel is quite perfect to discover Hanoi!

Well to have a good nights rest, you should have some earplugs. Which we didn’t. But it was okay as we had to get up early anyway in the next morning

The reception staff are exceptional. Smooth check-in process and always greeted with a smile. I live the location as well as the young vibe of the place. If I get to return to Hanoi, will definitely consider booking again.

Just a bit of soundproofing from outside as well as the corridor. Also the hot shower seems to run out fast. No issues apart from these which can be ignored for the price.

One of our rooms air-condition was not functioning throughout our stay, Room 401. Something to do with how the system zones every 3 floors to one system. The room was also noisy as it faces the main road. The other room, 805 was strangely cold even when the air-condition was switched orr, System did not have a heater function (this was in Feb average temp 18-19C)Otherwise quite happy with the rooms.

Location, cleanliness, staffing, room size (801), laundry and communal facilities.

Window could be washed to take advantage of beautiful street views.

The M Village is a new hotel in Hanoi.I really loved the room, it was very spacious.Also the location is great and near hotspot areas.

But some points need to be improved.The room is very large for an inner city hotel of this price category, but the bathroom situation (room 701) was really bad.1) The window is not really closing (easy to fix)2) There is no shower curtain and nearly no space between toilet and shower. So if you shower the room and toilet will be really wet (including toilet paper)We covered all in the cabinet based below the sink when showered. But it is not very convenientFor the room a small fridge is missing and a safe - for both items there should be enough space in the room to integrate.

Despite the last-minute booking and need for early check-in, the staff were kind to accommodate my needs. The studio room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet (corner room at the end of the hallway, far from the elevator). The laundry facilities are easy to operate. The shared kitchen worked fine for me, since all I needed was a fridge to store the leftover fruit I bought.

I had to request a room change because the studio room I was initially given had no desk. Not all studio rooms are the same size and furnished similarly. Although the room I ended up with was located at the end of the hallway and relative quiet, I could still hear some noise from the hallway and next door guests going in and out of their room.

Easy access for our need to local authorities.Great for a nice stroll around the lake. Book and find out!

No TV! ?. Not the end of the world

It’s cozy and beautiful color but we stayed in the small studio. Their bathroom is small for us, it’s mix with shower and toilet which is everytime you shower the toilet will always got wet.

It was excellent value for money, everything is very clean, the facilities are fantastic (especially the shared kitchen and free laundry on the top floor), the rooms are cozy and comfortable.But what made it special was the staff - communication was perfect, there was always someone at reception ready to help at any hour (day and night) or via WhatsApp. From helping us with restaurant reservations, finding shops and cobblers and a myriad of other random requests we had throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind to us, time and time again. We stayed twice on different dates and will always come back whenever we’re in Hanoi

It would nice if there was a safe in the room for personal belongings (but that being said, we stayed a total of 9 nights over 2 stays and had no issues leaving our things in the room)

Window in the room doesn't reflect the price difference with non-window room. The window is so small.

Nice room. There are washing machines for customers as well. Convenient.

The hotel is located on the street near Hoan Kiem lake, which does not allow the taxi or any car to stop for pickup in some certain timeframe in the weekend. I had to walk to the crossroad for taxi.
