Thanks for coffee in my the room But it’s not right to charge for coffee when offering complimentary breakfast It’s ok to charge for espresso and cappuccino Floor in room. Needs to be cleaned better my feet were black from walking barefoot

The pool and gym are in a somewhat unusual location, with stairs to the restaurant running through the middle, which limits privacy. We also did not find aircon in the gym. Additionally, the hotel adds a 3% fee for card payments.

Great hotel, location is excellent (on the edge of the Old Quarter so everything is within walking distance).Breakfast is great and varied (clearly targeting western tourists’ apatite but still great nonetheless. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. There is a gym (although small and bit lacking, it has 2 treadmills, a stationary bicycle, a punching bag, 2 heavy ropes, a bench and a set of weights of different weights). The gym is also not air conditioned, and it can get quite hot there (they open the windows but still it would be nice for an A/C).Pool is indoors so if there is rain, you can still enjoy it.

The elevator only goes up to the 10th floor. For the pool you have to climb the stairs and for the restaurant another floor of stairs, not ideal for people with disabilities or hard of walking.The pool is relatively small, measuring roughly 2.5x12m and has a depth of ~1.6m all across. It can accommodate 2 families of 4 or 3-4 couples. Also they have only 2 chairs in the pool for the entire hotel, and no beach chairs, just regular.

The bed was big. Good location

Room had a smell like a damp. It’s only lift and took awhile.

The location is prefect since it is at the middle of restaurants, stores etc it is really center but it can really be noisy since it is directly along the street.The room size is okay for two, the bathroom has also good shower BUT don't get a room on their highest floor which connects to the breakfast area because it is TOP NOISY! their doors are not sound proof. The breakfast is enough for a small meal. It's complete with what you would need although if you want real coffee then it costs extra. Only filtered coffee is free.

Our room is on the highest floor connecting to the breakfast and pool area. And the doors are not sound proof so you hear all the noises.

Excellent staff. Great location. Clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Pool OK and small gym. Rooftop bar and restaurant offer panoramic views.

The pool area is a bit tight spacewise. Equipment in the gym needs attention.

The view from rooftop restaurant was pretty cool. Gym is well equipped. Breakfast selection is very much suitable for vegans. Great location.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and the buffet breakfast was great! We stayed because the fitness area was a little bigger than most hotels. Some of the equipment was not in the best condition, but still grateful for the space available in the gym area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and the roof top pool is the best, cold water and so relaxing on a hot day. Great price as well and breakfast was so nice.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. We’ve been to 6 hotels in Vietnam and they were the friendliest and most helpful. They went out of their way to book the best trips and did this last minute and no hesitation. Highest regards to Leo and Jimmy! They made our stay fantastic.

Some people might considering it slightly expensive but not a problem for us considering the location and the pool/gym and breakfast.

Everything was perfect

The location is fantastic and the facilities were excellent. The pool is undercover but you also have the option of sunbaking on the roof, if you need to take a break from sightseeing! It’s close to the lake and all of the action of Hanoi, very accessible to beer st, old quarter, etc. The buffet breakfast had a great selection to get you started for the day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

If you’re on a budget, you can possibly find a bit cheaper but if you want access to a pool to escape the heat for a bit, then this is great value for money.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was central, the room was clean, we will definitely be back!
