Golden Rooster Hotel

Location is quite nice and the staff is very supportive. Small rooms but cozy and with all the required facilities. Recommended for a budget Friendly good comfortable stay

Great location, clean and modern. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable

Staff, Management, and Owner on Point. Breakfast included, tasted well with some Vietnamese style.

It was clean, good location, staff and service was exceptional! They offered steamed towels on arrival and tea :) The breakfast was also amazing. I recommend the omelette!

NA

Staff was very kind, amazing customer service

Very loud in the morning due to rooms being over the kitchen

Convenient location, staffs were friendly and very helpful.

The ceiling is very low, not for tall people especially Economic room

Excellent location, the room was super clean and had AC, plus the staff was incredibly kind.

As a family room, I was pleased with the size of the two queen beds which worked well for us for one night. The ceiling is fairly low so this may be an issue for very tall people. Breakfast was a decent selection of food and available from 6.30am onwards so good for an early start.

whilst there is a balcony , it was tiny and the door almost inaccessible by the wardrobe which was placed in front of the door - most of the outside space was taken by the AC units which are placed outside. However i realise that many places in the old quarter have odd size rooms and shapes and many do not come with external facing windows so this is not a huge problem as with the traffic noise we did not venture into the space. we did encounter a small hot water issue but this was resolved fairly quickly.the lift is fairly slow!

Friendly staff, good location of the hotel, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

A bit noisy at night, the doors to the room didn't shut tight.

Friendly Staff, Clean & spacious room, Great location and good breakfast.

Nothing, it was amazing.

Clean and the staff was really helpful with checking-in and giving us recommendations. They helped us book a car ride to the airport and also packed us breakfast for 5am. Would really recommend for female travellers

The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Great location right in the heart of the Old Quarter. I had a great experience.

We loved our balcony room. There was a lot of light, and the room and bathroom were very large. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing for an early check in. The location was great and the room was quiet for sleeping.

There were no negatives. It was a great stay-our best in Hanoi!

The entire staff was wonderful, providing excellent service. And Linda, the manager deserves a special mention, very caring going the extra mile to explain and provide all the needed information to make trip an enjoyable one.

Cannot think of anything even if I try hard.

Location, staff, comfortable bed, Breakfast, free coffee and tea

Very good location in the old quarter of Hanoi.Kind and helpful staff.Good breakfast.Clean and comfortable room.

Staff was super friendly. Location was great and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. They also had a laundry service that was wonderful and did it same day.

A little loud at night but nothing we couldn’t sleep through

the beds are really comfortable, clean, calm place to sleep and the staff is amazing.

The staff was outstanding. Location was very good.

Some of the other guests on one night were very loud. Maybe remind guests about quiet hours.

Friendly staff, good location. Nice size room, clean
