Hanoi Allure Hotel

The staff did an amazing job to welcome us and assist as guests of the hotel. My wife and I became ill and they even assisted us with having a staff person walk with us to the pharmacy and a great restaurant to buy soup.

The wifi was a little unreliable. We were never sure if this was a Vietnam or hotel issue.

The staff was very friendly! I had to leave early in the morning and they had prepared a breakfast bag for me to eat on the way to the airport.

Just a warning, this is in a very loud location and can be loud until about midnight each night.

Hanoi Allure Hotel is centrally-located in Hanoi's Old Quarter - very close to restaurants, spas, money changers and convenience stores. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good but what made our stay most memorable was the friendly and hospitable service by Jenny Ha and her team. Even before our arrival through WhatsApp and email, Jenny helped me book a reliable limousine van to/from Sapa with the best rate. Her team helped us book restaurants, offered to deliver our luggage to our next hotel free of charge. The welcome tea is also to die for. This hotel, I highly recommend!

Location was as expected. It's on what feels like a backstreet with tight spacing and shops all around. Definitely feels more like a boutique hotel than a larger 5-star hotel. The pictures overstate the size of the rooms and the lobby though. So there was some unmet expectations there. But the staff were excellent, attentive and always ready to greet or open the door for you.

While the food was varied, it did not quite have that pop that I was expecting. While there were many dishes laid out, they seemed to not fill the plates/trays so it almost felt like they were.... rationing? Some of the dishes were "sweating" too. The restaurant rooms (there are two) are small so perhaps that's a ventilation issue? But for the price, I thought it was certainly adequate. However, I would have paid more for a more elevated experience elsewhere in the future.

The staff was nice but not very helpful

The room stank of cigarettes, the pillows smelled of grease as if they have not been properly washed. there were stains in the bed sheets. Also, i booked 2 beds. The staff gave me a room with only 1 bed and didn't mention nothing until i called to complain, then they asked if i can simply just stay in the room i was given because they had nothing else.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ha Noi Old Quarter. All tours offer free pickup from this hotel. There are many food options around this area. There is so much to see here. The hotel and its services are top notch. The staff go above and beyond and tell you how to navigate the area and even provide you local maps and information brochures at the time of check-in. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of food and deserts. The room was comfortable and the room service staff were very kind and helpful. They are very good with their communication and try their best to meet customer's requests. Now that I am back home, I miss being here :)

Convenient location right in the heart and thick of things in old quarter but surprisingly sound insulated once inside hotel room it wasn’t noisy at all The 2 things that I can give a heads up pn, beds are firm.. so keep that in mind . Second the room I was in the shower caulking on the door was falling off so water would leak a little

Extremely friendly staff. Charged us fairly for arriving at 6am and relieved that room was made available after overnight flight. Beautifully clean with friendly staff. Any issues addressed immediately. Unbelievable location, central yet not noisy.

Great location. Spacious room that was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast options. The staff were exceptional. Jenny and Justin were very helpful anf my communication with Jenny prior to arrival was great. I was ill during our stay and they were very concerned. One staff member I met in the lift bought me hot ginger tea ☺️?

The walls probably need sound proofing. We had a family in the room next to us and we could hear everything that they said.

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Would recommend, although our room was rather small. I did see others and they did look bigger/better so maybe I should have upgraded. The breakfast was excellent and everything, including the eggs, were freshly prepared.

The property was clean, accessible, comfortable and beautiful! The foods on the breakfast buffet were absolutely lovely! The staff are the nicest and most helpful. Totally recommending this!

We were welcome by a group of passionate people working in the hotel. The location is terrific! Right in the center of old quarter with lots of bars food options available. We stayed for only one night then proceeded to with Halong bay cruise, the hotel even provided us with complimentary luggage storage despite we are staying another nearby Airbnb. Very thoughtful of them.

The only thing I dislike is their balcony. Very small mini balcony. Maybe it’s the building design which can’t be help.
