The staff was very nice and professional and the lobby looked very nice

The bathroom was very old with tiles failing, several bad attempts to hold them in place. Looked old and there was some mold in them. Some bur marks onthe floor of the room. Also little bugs in the bathroom

AC didn't work, and it was extremelly noisy outside (frontside room) because you have to keep windows opened

A good location and staff. In particular the breakfast restaurant supervisor (lady in black outfit) was excellent as were the young waitresses in the evening at dinner. Very clean room. Reception staff were also helpful and rectified an issue immediately

The music played in the reception area and restaurants was dreadful to the point it became slightly irritating. Other guests I spoke to felt the same. The breakfast choice and quality was poor. For example the scrambled egg was cold as it was left on plates with no heat. The bread was disappointing. The dinner restaurant lacked atmosphere and was almost empty most of the time.

Super clean hotel, friendly staff, good value.

Very expensive charging point for electric vehicle. However, nice staff, very comfortable and great location.

The bathrooms were dirty. The room that was assigned to us had only one chair and the closet had no hangers.

The friendliness of the staff is noticeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is spotless. It is about 25 mins on bus into Seville but the bus stop is right outside hotel and its €1.50 a head each way with very regular schedule. The pool was closed out of season but the sun verandah was lovely. Bar snack food was lovely and great value. Lots of toiletries left incl toothpaste etc.

The buffet breakfast and dinner had limited choice.

we had H/B and arrived late but the staff made us welcome and we had a lovely dinner. the bed was comfortable and the room was warm,

the bathroom floor became very very slippery when wet. My wife fell and hurt her leg and I had difficulty just standing up. This may not bother younger guests but I suggest it is dangerous for older people.

Very clean, helpful staff and great location for bus into Seville.

Excellent value for money. Helpful reception staff. Easy to find off the motorway, would recommend to stay here as it’s only 100yds from the bus (coach) that takes 20 mins into central Seville

Staff were great and the room large. Good breakfast and there's a pool available if needed. It's an excellent base of you have a car. The local bars are good fun and it's a 30-40min walk to Dos Hermanas town center + train station.

The walls are quite thin, so I had problems one night with the room next door being too loud.

Its a nice clean hotel. Location is ok, with bus you are 20 min from sevilla center. But be aware that the micro location of the hotel not that interesting - sevillia is the place to go so consider bus/taxi

There were no bottle of water available in the room, laundry is relatively expensive

Spacious rooms

The customer service bad, we didn’t find a parking spot outside and we needed to park on the underground. The alley was blocked by 2 cars and we needed to find by ourself the car owner to ask him to clear the way. We ordered dinner in the room on our first night and we had the empty plate in the room the entire stay. The bad was made superficially.I wanted to use the hotel restroom in front of reception and just one toilet (from 4) was decent enough to be used.

Excellent and helpful staff. Great room.and facilities, especially very good value for money for underground parking. .

Buffet meals more for group bookings though as very generic. and basic food which is a shame when you want to try spanish food.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had breakfast once in the hotel which was good value for money. There were plenty of restaurants around to choose food from for dinner. There are now two massive retail parks across from the hotel which also have restaurants but it was great to be able to combine a relaxing stay with retail therapy. We made best use of the pool and had a very relaxing stay. Staff are super friendly.

The lack of sunbeds around the pool was something that could be easily fixed for the Summer months. The number of beds could have easily been doubled. There were only about 20 and people were scrambling for them. The pool itself was actually quite nice.

The property was really well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant, always with a smile. The swimming pool was beautiful, and despite being a bit out of town, it was an oasis of peace and quiet.
