Lovely renovated room, super nice bathroom. The pool area was also great, breakfast was delicious (good variety for a continental as well) and the staff was nice!

I stay in Fantasia every visit to Haskovo. It is always clean, with spacious rooms, apartments have a kettle and water in the kitchen, little fridge. It is very quiet compared to 90% of the hotels in Bulgaria. The staff is guaranteed polite and friendly. Actually one waiters are really experienced and polite, and we enjoyed the food too! There is a fountain and swimming pool at the hotel.

The duve cases where at least 2 sizes down for the duves, haha it was really funny to put a duve inside them. Actually impossible. The swimming pool was closed even though it was only mid september and warm enough to swim. The staff apologised and said it possible to swim but it was half empty. It was a disapointment especially for my kid as she had high expectations for swimming. But we found an alternative- swimming pool in Radievo:) 18km away.

Best choice when it comes to value for money in Haskovo - location in the park, big swimming pool, good breakfast included.

The bathroom needs some renovation: a bit mouldy and the door in the shower cabin was.. missing.

very poor english, pretty hard to find anyone who can understand what you're saying even @ the reception deskproblems with the drain pipes (from the toilet mostly), bad leakage from the back of the toilet, very bad smell in the roomplastic curtain for the shower (in the center of the bathroom)AC filters and ducts needs cleaning (bad smell coming from it when turned on)

We rented a room just to transit to Greece, and it was a comfortable stay,we had what we needed and extra free entrance to the pool and breakfast. Nearby is a small children's park. We booked the same hotel in our way back.

Never come back!

I made a reservation for 2 double delux room (both with couch) and just one of them had couch. The rooms wasn’t the same m2. When i was at the reception to ask for what i pay, they told me that this is the room and if i don’t like it, i have to go. I have to mention that i was with my wife and our child who is 4 months old.

- location close to the city center- park and terraces nearby- free parking in front of the hotel- nice receptionist, she spoke English- VERY big room- lots of "green" outside the hotel- free pool- 2 toilet paper rools for 1 night- lots of toiletries

- room could have been cleaned better (dirty walls)- one wall socket was malfunctioning- breakfast was the worst I ever had in a hotel: 2 slices of bread with some cheese on them + 2 tomato slices- aweful coffe- apart from the receptionist, other employees didn't speak English- loud guests in the hotel

Hotel is situated nearby city's park, adjacent to the cemetery and skate park. It offers good size rooms in the renovated part as well as free parking on site.

My experience in particular was awful due to not being notified in advance (when paying at the reception) that there is a prom celebration during the nigh. There was no way to enjoy some quiet time away from the office. The park was full of people celebrating their graduation, restaurant booked and crowded. Noisy as it can get for such an occasion. All that is fine as long as I was notified so I could take a decision at check-in time rather than having to search for an alternative hotel at 9pm with a little toddler around. We, of course, did not stay.

The hotel is acceptable, very quiet and clean. The room was large enough. Wi-fi and parking are a plus.

The food at the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner was quite upsetting. I wouldn't even mention the service.

It is a nice hotel , a little away from the city center . There are a lot of taxi options . Hotel is Ok , the bonus is Staff - very,very friendly and helpful . I highly recommend it.

The garden restaurant was nice. Nice pool, we didnt use though. Nice location.

I booked an apartment to have enough room for my mother and my daughter. There was one double bed and two single beds. The single beds were broken and the mattresses were a nightmare so much that we couldnt sleep all night. Before I went to bed I closed the door of the bathroom and at 5am my mother intended to go in and it was locked! The man on the reception said he can't do anything and we had to go 4 floors down to the restaurant toilets, not to mention to have a shower. At some point I told him to give me the keys for a room next door to use the other bathroom, so he said nothing and gave me the keys. Until we left we couldnt take our stuff from the bathroom in the apartment that morning as it was still locked. I left my details for shipping my stuff, but 6 days later - nothing has arrived yet. I ordered english breakfast that had nothing to do with it, not even delicious. I left most of it. The bulgarian softies were nice though. Nice place overall but can improve for sure.
