Pool and play area for kids,Staff was very nice and helpful
Rooms where very basic and need some maintenance work
The pool was nice.
Very dirty and old room. No hot water in the bathroom. Many bare cables.
Location was excellent , staff was very friendly especially Sakine was very helpful, swimming pool clean and very good, sea view from the room was amazing specially sunset.
Facilities in the room could be better. No Wi-Fi in the room, only by the pool. Decor was a little old-fashioned.
The staff where lovely and location is perfect
The hotel is dated and the sheets and towel need to all be replaced
Very little
The basement location with no internet in the rooms. Poor internet in the lobby. Extremely disappointing and felt very unsafe in the room provided.
The staff were all so friendly and they went beyond my expectations. The bar and restaurant has a fantastic menu with quality and well prepared food at very reasonable prices. There was always a sun lounger to sit on by the pool and Daniel who is in charge of the entertainment is such a genuinely nice, friendly and fun guy. He makes sure you feel welcomed and gets you involved in all the activities. It’s only a couple minute walk to the beach too which is very nice with lots of shops and restaurants.
The location was good. The hill wasn’t too bad. The rooms were big and the bathrooms looked brand new. The park in the little pine forest with the hammocks was so cute. The views are amazing
Hard to get a sun bed that wasn’t broken. And with the views come close proximity to a lot of noise and it wasn’t very sound proof. Breakfast was awful
Location
air conditioner not good and noisy and there is no shampoo (not free)
Staff, pool area, bar area
Air-conditioning felt like it was blowing air but wasn't cold!
Very friendly staff, lovely pool area and snack bar. Manager very friendly and welcoming.
The pool was nice, bed was comfortable, some staff were very nice, the views from the hotel and rooms are amazing.
The security in the room is a major problem, all balcony locks were broken, the main door lock was not working properly either, we felt very unsafe. You have to pay for the A/C daily, it's €6 a day and very noisy, and located in the kitchen area away from the room which made it impossible to reach the room so the room was always boiling hot. The bed was comfy but the mattress cover was stained. The safe box was old and you had to pay €20 a week to use it. If you wanted hot water you had to let the water run for 15 minutes before taking the shower (the receptions words). There was no wifi in the room, only around the pool and lobby area and it was very poor. The pool area was very slippery, many people fell and got harmed, and the pool beds are so close to each other that is very uncomfortable. The food was terrible, one of our group paid for the half board option and asked for it from the start and wasn't until day 3 that she received the correct wrist band color for it, she had to pay a difference for the days before and the manager Ozkan screamed at her in front of everyone, his rudeness and the way she was treated was very disappointing. The hotel is located away from everything, you have to take taxis to move around.I would not recommend this hotel, mainly because of the security, how outdated it is and the food experience.
The staff are amazing. Welcoming, friendly and do their utmost to help . We found the staff exceptional. We arrived after midnight and they ordered in pizza for us. We also lost keys and they were so quick to assist us. The hotel is basic but good location and very clean. It's only 4e to get a taxi to town. As a mum I loved the pool was so clean and the kids pool had a huge covering to keep the littlest in the shade.
No kids club or entertainment so you go into town most nights. You would stay at the hotel if there was some entertainment
Great staff, lovely pool and lovely food at the snack bar.
Bed a little uncomfortable ?
Great value for money . Clean accommodation good staff . Great views ?
Nothing really
Great staff, big pool area, lovely snack bar.
Good sized apartment.
All the furnishings were old. No WIFI!
Very close to the beach. Spacious room.
WiFi not available at the rooms. My wife was frustrated as we didn't have even shampoo in the room.
The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect.
The WiFi was not very good
