Aircon was not working, very bad during the heatwave

Could be updated TV sistem. Bathroom needs a new shower.

We stayed in room 115, the room so was ran down ! Bathroom door didn’t lock, balcony door was broke, beds wore like a brick, the cleanliness off the room was a disgrace, the bathroom was disgusting

Amazing location, lovely views, spacious room. Cleaning staff very friendly always said hello.

Smell in bathroom after you use the tap. Beds quite hard. Breakfast was not good at all.

Lighting in the room, extremely dim lights, a large bright light is needed to put make up on or shave, lighting needs to be upgraded.

Location, was excellent. While hotel rooms are dated, a little attention would make a great difference, eg upgrade bathroom

I would never stay in this hotel after this. It looks like the location was great, but the interior of the hotel is disgusting with dirty carpets, which caused me to have an allergy attack.

Terrible carpet, dirty walls, and smelly room

Definitely would definitely recommend five out five centre located right at door step to beach breakfast beautiful staff very friendly and fresh towels every day x

The location was good,enjoyed the pool on the roof there was always plenty of sun beds.

A lot of the staff never smiled the rooms needed updating. The beds was so hard

There was no kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee and no iron .. barman small with a goatee beard was very ignorant.. he snapped a sprite bottle out of my partners hand and would not sever her a bottle of sprite because the bar closed at 12 even do it was 11:55 .. bed was very hard .. I have stayed here everytime I went to kusadasi but not anymore.. time to find a new hotel

Breakfast - eggs , eggs and eggsTwo 500 ml water bottles on the first day only, thereafter paid - Have not seen this ever.Remember to submit your door card while checkout

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful, location is excellent.

There wasn't anything I didn't like ,it's very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, maybe adding a kettle in the room would be a good idea going forward.

I like only one thing in this hotel. That is its location. It's just opposite to beach.Very good location.

1.I don't like the staffs rough behavior. 2.Room.was smelly.I have complaint about smell..they came and just sprayed the toilet room that's all they did.3.No kettle in the room.We can't have coffee in the morning.4.No water bottle.If we ask Aldo they won't give.5.No toilet,Dental kits 6.you can't expect anything from hotel team.Simply they won't help.I never come to this hotel again.I won't recommend this hotel
