Flies and nats on very ordinary breakfast buffet

The only thing I really liked was the bar — it was always quiet, and the service was very attentive

The rooms were unclean, the furniture was old and broken, the pillows uncomfortable, and the sheets and covers had visible stains. Honestly, everything was terrible except for the beachfront view.

Disappointing

Dirty stained walls,socks on smoke detectors,thread bare towels.broken toilet seats,lamps broken,

Some staff were very friendly and helpful. Property looks lovely from the outside and the room had lovely sea views. Excellent shower. Food in the hotel restaurant was very good. Air conditioning provided great heat.

Reception is outdoors and we were left standing in the freezing cold while the receptionist spoke to other staff and ordered taxis for guests while checking us in. The bedroom is large but has no comfort. Double bed had a single duvet on it and cushions for pillows. Flush button in the toilet was broken. Furniture is shabby and damaged. TV has a sound defect. Breakfast was plentiful but cats in the dining room and, at one stage, on the buffet table eating cheese. No hygiene around the food service. Noise was unbearable. Music blaring from the restaurant till very late. Lots of noise of people coming and going in the early hours after the music finished.

Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough.

When we first arrived we had a noisy room and smell of cigarette smoke was very bad in our room. 1st night there was really loud noise to after 5am but when we said to reception next morning they were more than happy to move us, even gave us an upgrade and apologised profusely.

It was ok could do with painting rooms freshen them up a bit more bed very hard

From wensday to sunday evenings untill early hours very very loud music that echoed threw the rooms sounded like speakers were blown and when music eventually stopped you still had a huming noise in your ears so not really good for people trying to relax and recover after surgeries or cosmetic terapyFor this reason alone i would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others onky for this reason other than that it was quite pleasant nice views nice pool reception staff very polite and accomadating

Stay away from this hotel if you like to sleep at allEvery night, the poolside bar/restaurant play deafening, loud music till about 1 amIt was unbearable! I could not even hear the TV in my room!The massive speakers were pointed directly at our rooms - All of this noise that kept 500 people awake, was for only 10 customers sitting at the restaurant - Why do you do this??It was the WORST hotel experience of my lifeThe breakfast was also the worst of all the hotels in TurkeyShame on you Carina Hotel -

Great location, friendly staff , happy to help , lovely pool . Rooms were spacious and clean . Good food , great Turkish nights .

The fridge wasn’t cold enough

It was clean room was spacious and we had a good view of the sea and a good location lovely pool area and was very quiet

The staff were very quiet I’m not sure if their English was very fluent would of liked more interaction with the staff members although no one was rude it just seemed like a lack of communication there was some construction going on although it was a bit noisy at times it was nice to see they improving their restaurant

it was clean the staff were lovely. the view was absolutely amazing.

I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have an iron as that’s important. I think that’s about it

Nice view from balcony, delicious beverage in bar. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Entertainment nice, traditional turkish music. Lovely swimming pool.

There wasn't any soap for hands in the toilet , so we bought one. There is no bin in the room at all, only tiny one in toilet.

Rooms got updated with fresh paint and beds are comfortable

Dirty! Around the pool. Lift very dirty. Breakfast room extremely dirty and didn’t want breakfast.

One thing - Just close town around 10min by legs.

Music was very loud from 10pm - 1pm every night except Sundays. Bathroom stink canalization smell, in sink water nearly not running bad quality. Stink bad from inside sink pipes. We been two weeks and floors was washed only one time. Bed change only two times. I think is not enough for staying so long. Towels changing also few times, rubbishes we was taking ourselves out. Always need go and ask for new towel or toilet paper. It shouldnt be like this. Breakfast is always same. Under beds very dirty, a lot of rubbishes like hair, pistachios not from us. Slippers paper quality what for? Walls all dirty. Toilet paper hanger fallen out broken. Mini rubbish bin. This hotel was really nor worth my money. Hotel must do improvements. I was reading before comments but always better to come and see in your own eyes. And what I read from another people was completely true. Entry also on the top of mountain not comfortable. Also I show photos to manager which room triple I booked online on booking.com (description was with living room large and separate bedroom like family suit whats why I choose to pay more for more space and more beds 54square metres) when I show picture to manager he answer to me ,,this photo is not real we dont have this room, all rooms are long time only standart size”. So everything is a lie,please update website photos and description.

Room is comfy and clean, pool and area is quite and peaceful, breakfast is traditional Turkish food and good and all of the staff are lovely from the cleaning staff to the manager and are always so helpful if you have any needs. The views from the Hotel Carina were amazing with beautiful sunsets every night and finally it’s location is perfect and within walking distance to both ladies beach and the Marina

Music can be a little loud at night at the pool bar but finishes at midnight

The room was nice. But facilities need fixing.

Cables for the ceiling fan exposed and hanging down. The fan blades were hanging down and ready to fall onto the bed at anytime. Music blaring from the restaurant until 1am. I finally fell asleep at 1:30 to then have to wake up at 6am for my boat.

Staff at the Carina made our stay so lovely, they were helpful , respectful and extremely caring . A special thank you to Aziz and Elena who made our whole stay even more enjoyable . Our room was clean and had everything we needed , House keeping staff , bar staff and reception staff were respectful and always greeted us with a smile can't fault the staff at Carina , I would return just to see them X Breakfast was buffet style and the pool was very clean with a lovely pool bar with great food . We arrived very early and did have a wait but that was our fault and the staff got us into our room as soon as it had been vacated and cleaned . After we checked out they allowed us to leave our luggage at reception as flight was not till evening so we could go and have a last day wondering about without suitcases in tow and even booked our taxi back to the airport for us with no hesitation.

It is extremely noisy in the evenings till around 12.30 /1am with entertainment in the outside bar . Apart from that I would stay here again . Would be nice to have coffee making facilities in rooms but you can get drinks from lobby and take to your room .

I liked nothing about the property.

I would rather not go for a vacation if this is the kind of hotel I had to stay. The room had a broken fan. The wing of the fan was hinged on one screw. the staff was not helpful at all. No laundry service, no water, horrible breakfast, no toiletary replenishment. Even the hot water kettle had to be requested. Not even a glass or a cup to drink water from. no coffee/tea in the room. The only thing that we paid for is the bed.
